Our TeamOur team comprise of fully qualified HR Consultants and HR Officers training for their HR qualification, the CIPD. Our team includes junior members of staff who provide essential administrative support to the team and our clients.
Rachel has worked in HR for over 23 years at both Board and Operational level.
During this time she has coached all levels of staff in effective HR Management
skills including providing advice on complex employee rights issues and employment
legislation. After working in London for 15 years and due to wanting to spend more
time with her 2 young Daughters she decided that she would re-focus her attention,
skills and expertise more locally by supporting businesses with their Human
Resource needs thus setting up HR Elite Ltd in 2010.

Joanne has experience in HR, Teaching and Training, having worked in the NHS,
Secondary and Further Education and over ten years providing HR support and
advice to SMEs and charities. A Fellow of the CIPD, Joanne graduated with a degree
in Business and since then has experience of running her own Consultancy, with skills
in organisational development, employee relations and providing individual support
during change. Joanne also spends her time when not at work either on the back
of a touring motorbike or messing about in her small cottage garden.
Joanne Barraclough FCIPD PGCESenior HR Consultant
Tracey has significant experience in providing advice and guidance to all levels
of staff on both strategic and operational HR activities. Her HR career has spanned
15 years initially working for Barclays Bank, followed by 7 years working in the Third
Sector, and more recently within the public sector. Tracey is an experienced trainer,
who has designed and delivered managers training courses across a variety
of subjects.

Hayley’s role at HR Elite Ltd involves a variety HR administration tasks working
alongside and assisting the HR Consultants. Her background / previous experience
is working in the Childcare Sector and the Construction Industry.
Hayley’s duties include HR advice and administration, office management, leadership
& management of staff and Health & Safety .She has qualifications in Management,
Childcare and Health & Safety (Including IOSH) In her spare time Hayley likes
to be out in the fresh air riding horses.

Jasmine is the newest member of the team - her main role is to ensure HR Elite
has a social media presence and to manage the engaging content created by the
senior HR consultants and driving online traffic to our company website. E-marketing
is also a vital part of her role to ensure retained clients are kept up to date with
relevant employee legislation. Jasmine has a degree in Business Administration
and has experience with both face-to-face and digital customer relations. In her
spare time Jasmine likes to try new recipes and bake for her family.

All in Compliance Package plus 24 hours per
year of a HR Consultant’s time. For example,
this time can be used on site for formal HR

Recruitment and Selection, Appraisal and Induction
or used for design and development of specific
HR documentation e.g HR policies and procedures
or HR Training e.g managing dismissals, sickness
absence management, performance management
and appraisals.

Employee Privacy Notice
Core HR ServicesHR Advice and GuidanceService includes:Ongoing telephone and email advice on all
employee relations matters including sickness
absence management, general absence
management, performance review and appraisal,
managing disciplinary processes and conduct
management, managing workplace conflict
and internal grievances, managing change and
redundancy, managing family-friendly practices
including maternity, paternity and shared
parental leave, discrimination advice and advice
on general terms and conditions of employment.
Provided between the hours of 8am and 6pm
by a designated HR Consultant.
Contract of Employment, Employee Handbook and Employee Privacy NoticeService includes:Employers are legally required to issue a full
Contract of Employment to new employees within
eight weeks of their start date and no later than
the first day of employment as of 6th April 2020.
HR Elite design a tailored Contract of Employment
for their clients following collation of the necessary
information, usually obtained when they meet with
the client to complete a detailed questionnaire with
them.
The Employee Handbook supports the Contract
of Employment by explaining the main employment
rights and setting clear workplace boundaries.
The Employee Privacy Notice is now a legal
requirement in support of the Contract of
Employment following the changes to Data
Protection Legislation that came in with GDPR
in May 2018.

You may need these dedicated hours for support
at formal HR meetings such as management
meetings, formal sickness, performance or
conduct meetings, to sit on appraisal meetings
etc, or you may need these hours for HR project
work that could include various HR activities
such as job analysis and benchmarking exercises,
formal discipline, grievance or bullying and
harassment investigations, creation of appraisal
and performance management systems, managing
change and redundancy programmes etc.
