That’s why we use solid plywood sides, backs, and floors; we screw our face frames together with pocket screws; and we use dovetail drawers and under-mount drawer glides. Our HistoryHeister House Millworks is a premier, local manufacturer of high quality wood mouldings, custom millwork, interior doors, and hardwood flooring products. The company was founded in 1988 when current owners, Brad Lauver and Lorne Nipple, merged their respective woodworking businesses into one operation. In 2015, Heister House entered the cabinet business with the acquisition of Cameo Kitchens of Mifflintown, PA.

Cameo Kitchens, a well-established and respected, local cabinet manufacturing business was founded in 1983. Most of the Cameo employees remained with the business so that the “quality culture” could be maintained.
