INVOLUTE GEAR HOBS Involute Spline Hobs that we manufacture are used for cutting of all kinds of standard and non standard involute splines as per DIN 5480, 5481 & 5482. These involute spline hobs are produced with the pressure angles of 20°, 30°, 37.5° & 45° with or without shoulder clearances in single and multi start designs.Accuracy: 'AA', 'A' & 'B' as per DIN3968 Material : M35, ASP2030Profile : Semi-topping or Non-topping with or without shoulder clearance

SPLINE HOBSExpert Tool Industries manufacture Spline Hobs as per standard as well as to specific requirements of the user for Straight Sided as well as Involute Splines in Class ‘A’ and Class ‘AA’ accuracies with following features: • With lugs without chamfer • Without lugs without chamfer • With lugs and chamfer • Without lugs but with chamfer • With full fillet radius without chamfer • With full fillet radius with chamfer
SPROCKET HOBSWe cut roller chain sprockets within the range from ¼” to 3” pitch or 5mm to 76mm pitch in DIN, BS, JIS, ASA standards. These are also manufactured in single or multi start as per various sprocket request.
Worm Wheel HobsWorm wheel hobs are generally designed for plunge cutting. These hobs are a part of specific tools that match the worm shaft with sharpening allowance. Hobs can be hollow type or integral shank type depending upon strength constraints. Tangential, radial, topping or non-topping hobs and special reaming type finishing hobs are also offered.
TIMING PULLEY HOBSManufactured in Machine Relieved Profiles for Timing Pulleys with Straight Sided or Involute Teeth for Rubber Timing Belt Pulleys, HTD and STD Profiles are available in the following Sizes:-

SERRATION HOBS
Serration Hob is generally designed to cut serrations as per requirement. We manufacture all types of Serration Hob cutters with various angles and with all types of pitches.

TOOL SHARPENING SERVICES
In order to maintain the quality and accuracy of machined components, it is extremely important that cutting tools are resharpened with higher accuracy. With the experience of working; tool sharpening using latest technology in the field gives Expert Tool Industries an edge over others. Special care is taken to maintain thermal and metallurgical stability of resharpened tools at Expert Tool Industries. Extra care is taken to avoid common tool sharpening problems such as true hob or cutter mounting on arbor, setting up to maintain desired rake faces, flute helix and correct flute indexing, etc. It is also specially mentioned here that required degree of accuracy is maintained on the resharpened tools for producing quality machined components. Thus, when hobs, shaping cutters are sharpened at Expert Tool Industries, the customers are assured of accurate and consistent quality.
