Ingelosi Security Solutions was established in 2010 with the idea of bringing the experience gained through time in the army and industry to corporate clients. It could be seen that there existed a great need for executive protection and safety being at the forefront of the company’s mission, made the idea come to fruition.
Ingelosi is a Zulu word meaning “angel”, that which protects and guides one through life’s journey. The word seemed to encompass what we are driving for – protecting and safe guarding people.
The team have gained knowledge and experience through our many years in the industry and found we have the expertise to provide a seamless, turnkey solution to clients. Being hands on is also what makes the difference to the service provided by us, we understand the needs of our clients. Having situational experience helps us assess threats more strategically and our teams are trained accordingly to manage and avoid eminent threats.
We aspire to offer the best security solution to you and yours, safeguarding you as you take the many exciting journeys through life and time.

About Us
Close protection and Executive support services
You heard the word back in the day “bodyguard”, someone who was there by your side protecting you through your travels and in and around your home or office environment.
Executive protection and support services is that type of service, ensuring your safety from the time you are collected by our corporate protection officer until we return you to your home. We ensure eminent threats are minimized and avoided at any costs – hijacking, kidnapping, hostage taking, robberies – are only some of what people face on a day to day basis. It all may seem very scary, people are seen as eminent threats as the above mentioned are current trends. It is found that so many people are unaware of these incidents, thus Executive Protection has become a tool or service required to safe guard people and their families.
Guarding Service / Physical Security
We provide efficient, reliable, and experienced staff for static guarding and security duties. Our personnel are trained to provide client specific services with high level of professionalism and authenticity. Experienced C-grade officers is the selected base for our guards.
Man guarding services can include:
• patrolling the environment;• managing control of visitors to the entrance gate/ boom;• searching staff, should the requirement arise in your business.
Security Drivers
Gone are the days of “Driving miss Daisy”. The current trend of crime, hi-jacking, kidnappings, smash and grab incidents, have highlighted the need for us to provide our clients with not just a ”Driver” but trained and skilled drivers. These drivers are able to handle those threats with the calm and thinking on their feet that the situation requires.
The necessary insurances are put in place as our drivers drive your vehicle as and when required.
Strike Management
Strike action seem to be an ongoing occurrence as people see it as a way to drive a message or win a deal.
When strike action occurs in a company, protecting its management teams, non-striking employees and company assets is a priority. Through our years building this company, we have established a data base consisting of security agents, ex-military, medical personnel and undercover agents as well as technical minded and surveillance teams.
We are able to step in within 48hours of notice, assembling a team to analyze the situation, establish your security options and give the best advice to manage the situation.
We believe in being proactive and aim to secure a non-violet outcome.
Our People are the forefront of our business, we endeavor to up-skill, grow and empower them to perform their duties to the best of their abilities. ISS Training Academy has been established to ensure consistency and ongoing development in this area.

Recruitment and Placement
At ISS we have developed a strict selection program for our operators with focus on close protection officers, strike team members and managers and tactical team members.
Each operator is screened, having to complete a full criminal check. The recruitment team assess new recruits building a profile for each candidate, the assessment may include written tests, on the job tests and interaction with a wide demographic of clients. Once these candidates are rated they are then trained accordingly before being placed. Maintaining high standards will ensure that we continuously deliver up to the required standard and live up to our good name.Each of our clients are unique to us therefore we have a strong selection criteria for our Close Protection Officers (CPO’) to fit each client’s profile. Each prospective CPO is screened and adheres to our strict criteria before being placed in the field.
Our clients are valuable to us and so is his or her family. We have recognised the need for “soft skill agents” to assist immediate family with day-to-day activities such as school transfers or shopping. Having soft skills is not to be taken lightly though, as staff are to the caliber to respond and handle any threatening situation as and when needed.
Our support system will ensure availability at all times whether it is an emergency airport transfer, roadside or household assistance.
Consulting and Risk Assessment
We offer comprehensive advice on every aspect of security which includes guarding, close protection, special event management, etc. Since our client is at the center of what we do, each job is analysed to ensure that we understand our client’s requirements and therefore, be in a position to deliver on what’s required. We complete a needs analysis, risk assessment, measuring possible threats to provide a turnkey solution.
Our support system provides risk assessment with control room designs and operators surveillance systems, including 24/7 risk monitoring.
