When will I receive my U.S. Open tickets?

You will receive them on-site before departing to the U.S. Open.

If I am bringing guests, can I change them?

Yes, there is no fee for name changes. At least one Inspirato Member from your party must attend the

experience. Please notify your Member Services team of any participant changes. You will be asked to fill out a

new guest information form for your new guest.

Are ticket upgrade options available?

Yes, ticket upgrade options are available in limited numbers. The upgrade options include Thursday’s Women’s

Semi-finals and Friday’s Men’s Semi-finals. Please note that these upgrades are in the same seats as Saturday

and Sunday’s tickets. They are a`vailable for purchase in addition to the tickets included in the package.

Necessities

Carry any necessities – including travel documents, money, medications, and other vital supplies – in your carry-

on bag and not in your checked luggage.

Carry-On

Pack a change of clothing and any essentials (including toiletries) in a carry-on bag in the unlikely event your

to lock your luggage, use a TSA-approved security device.

Be prepared for humid weather: Average September temperatures in New York range from highs around 85

degrees to lows around 55 degrees. Cool clothing, hats, and sunscreen are recommended. We also recommend

checking the current weather a few days prior to your trip so you can be prepared for any unseasonable

conditions.

dressed in smart casual, comfortable attire.
