Your vendor list will be reviewed with you periodically to help identify new vendor relationships that would benefit from using PayMe. As vendor enrollment grows, so does your revenue share. Tim joined Commerce Bank in 2006 as an Implementation Specialist. He was responsible for the initial set-up of Commercial Card accounts, including cardholder training, permissions and software integration. In 2008, Tim transitioned to a Relationship Manager position, allowing him to work with clients throughout the life of their programs.

As a Relationship Manager, Tim acts as the primary point of contact for his clients. He offers recommendations for program design based on industry insight and best practices, looking for ways to drive growth, retention and profitability of A/P and Purchasing Card programs.

Q: What do you feel is the most important part of your job?A: Helping clients grow their program and increase revenue share by uncovering new avenues to pay vendors utilizing our payment systems.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?A: Working with all of the different businesses. I have the opportunity to work with many types of organizations and enjoy getting to know their systems and how our products can work together.

Q: What is one of your greatest accomplishments?A: I was able to get one of our clients up and running so quickly that the spend it captured in the first week of the A/P program resulted in over $22,000 in revenue share.
