Existing Building

Our proposal - we create a circulation spine through the house and arrange all rooms along it, there is a livingroom in front and another at the back, kitchen is located to allow survailance over the new play-room and the garden. A string of utility spaces is located in the heart of the plan.

We propose a small renovation of the front, a new front porch and modern glazing

Out the back we propose a small extension and a porch. The glazing is oriented to benefit from the late afternoon and evening sun.

The doors are fully foldable to allow for full appriciation of the garden for You and your children. Small planters and a shelf for your barbecue are located in rustic stone construction.

The circulation space is finished with the new stove and a stone shelf on which you can display things.

The plan of the extension flows freely into the building, from the kitchen a person will be able to survay both garden and the playroom as well as the new livingroom and the dining space.
