Passenger cars (inclusive of station wagons) will NOT be allowed up the spiral vehicular ramp. These cars must proceed to basement 1 for loading and unloading purposes.
Goods vehicles after loading and unloading at level 4 must leave the premises immediately.

Note Please note that the Exhibitor’s Table Top must be fully staffed and operational throughout the exhibition hours. Exhibitors must not participate in any activity, which causes, or is likely to cause, annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors.
All activities of the exhibitor and his staff must be confined to the exhibition tabletop. No advertising or canvassing for business may take place elsewhere in the exhibition venue. This includes the distribution of leaflets, brochures, journals, etc. Exhibitors may not use the exhibition for recruiting staff, other than to seek local agents for their products.
Liabilities & Insurance
Exhibitors should possess a valid insurance policy covering theft, public liability, damage to property and effects, personal injury, and any other such consequential risks with respect to their participation in this exhibition. The organisers do not take responsibilities for any loss of items at the exhibition area.
General Cleaning The organisers will provide general cleaning in the exhibition area, which individual includes floor cleaning and refuse disposal, daily after the show closes. Table-top cleaning is the responsibility of the respective exhibitor.
Authority on the Premises
In the event of any dispute among exhibitors, the organisers reserve the right to arbitrate. As the organisers of the exhibition, the decision will be final.
