1.6 Reserved Parking for Exhibitors Reserved parking tickets for exhibitors will be given out at the exhibitor service office, find location on the plan, east sector.

1.7 Exclusive East Access for Exhibitors (previous to opening to the public and after the daily closing of the fair) Every exhibitor identified with the credential has authorization to enter by the Eastern door of Pavilion number two going to and from the Eastern side, fair parking ground.

1.8 Exhibitor Service OfficeIn order to support your activities at the fair, the organization has set up an Exhibitor Service Office with specially trained personnel to facilitate your participation in Espacio Food and Service, to advise you and solve any problems that may arise. This office will be at your service in the access area - Fair accreditacion (Expocenter Pavilion) starting Saturday September 9th. Office hours are:

• Saturday September 9th to Monday September 11th: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. • During the fair: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

1.9 Basic and Optional Services for exhibitorsTo coordinate and take care of basic and optional services for the fair, you must proceed only and exclusively through our online Exhibitor Food and Purchase Service 2017. Paid Services must be paid before the fair begins.

1.9.1 Optional Services for Exhibitors (paid)The following Services may be contacted directly by each exhibitor through the online purchase system especially set up for the fair, the indications and instructions will be sent by an email to your contact person in indicated on your reserve sheet and formalized in your rental contract..

• Food and drink services to the stand • Catering services • Additional power • Connectivity (internet) • Stand housekeeping service • Water and Sewer Service • Printing and graphic installation service • Furniture rental service

Food and Catering Service:The catering service is an exclusive service of Espacio Riesco, and therefore, no external companies are allowed in. Tastings offered by exhibitors must comply with the Norms required by the Health Department SEREMI and food brought into the fair must be labeled. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to inform the organization if their participation includes food manipulation, which must be regulated and supervised by specialized personnel from Espacio Riesco.

Sanitary Norms for Exhibitors Offering TastingsAll of the stands with tastings of products for clients must always comply with the minimum BPM established in “DS 977 Food Sanitation Regulation” in order to guarantee food safety. Keeping in mind that these will only be temporary stations for manipulation, the following must be taken into consideration:

For stands that carry out any type of elaboration, cooking and/or manipulation in general:

• Smooth non-porous floor easy to clean • Surfaces used for production in contact with foods must be made of appropriate material. • Have equipment for storing products in the refrigerator, freezing or heating when necessary. Equipment must have a thermo meter or visor to verify temperature. • Keep surfaces in contact with food clean and hygienic, using appropriate products • Keep garbage containers far away from the food manipulation Zone and empty constantly. • For stands that use frying preparations, this must be a specific recipient for eliminating the oil. • Use of a water faucet or station for washing hands • Assure timely and correct hand washing by manipulators, (keep sanitizing soap and hygienic material for drying hands), use alcohol gel as a complement (everything must be correctly labeled). • Manipulators must comply with stipulations of RSA, paragraph 6 (clean uniform, hair covered, short nails, no nail polish, no accessories, etc)

It must be kept in mind that the manipulation of food for visitors in the fair is the exclusive responsibility of the providers of each stand. Espacio Fiasco will bear no responsibility for any problem with said foods.

Note: • National transfer capacity speed is segregation rate 1.14, International transfer speed is 1.4 depending on the country of origin. • It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have a web card. • Espacio Riesco is reserving a time out of 0.8% for external failures during the fair.

Additional Power-ElectricityBasic power ¨(70 watts m2) does NOT include installation or electric distribution of machinery or exhibitor equipment or materials.

• All Transformers, triple plugs, multiple plugs, etc should be taken into consideration by the exhibitor. • Additional power must be contracted through the online exhibitor service platform • Additional kilowatt energy, less than 5 KW is monophasic energy, / 5kw is considered Tri phasic. Paragraph the type of power used in Chili's 220 v monophasic, 50 hertz frequency and 380 the Triassic. • Connection service price:

Exhibitors or their producers must comply by declaring their temporary electric installations (register with SEC), use TE-1 (electronic task 1) as pointed out in the DFL 4/20018, art. 223, Ministry of Economics, Development and Reconstruction.

Either by or through their producer, exhibiting companies must register every electric installation at their stand or open area (NCH 4/2003)

Power installer should register Electric Project on Electronic Task 1 Form (TE1) (NCH 2/ 84).

Connectivity (Internet)This service corresponds mainly to:Wireless access (Wi-Fi) to internet, speed 2 Mbps for connection (price 3.0 UF plus tax)Note: • In reference to speed the national transfer capacity is at the segregation rate of 1.1. • It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have an internet card. • Espacio Riesco has reserved an 0.8% time out for external failures to the service during the fair.

Cleaning and safety:The organization takes care of cleaning common areas of the fair. The inside of the stand is the responsibility of each exhibitor (Value UF 1.3 plus tax for 8 hour service).Safety in common areas of the fair: everything that happens on the inside of the stand is the responsibility of each exhibitor.

Water- sewerThese services are provided in relation to the description of the service.Water outlet, consumption includes: a 1/2 PVC high-pressure pipe with reduction and ½” ball valve.Sewage outlet, includes: 40 mm pvc pipe.Fair operators can only install these to an exterior point of the stand, but this does not include distribution to the interior of the stand. A diagram must be given to the exhibitor service platform indicating the location for the connection, providing the location desired within the stand, the name of the exhibitor, the number of the stand and the service contracted.(Price of Water Service 8.0 UF + tax, sewer 4.0 UF plus tax).

Sales at your standSales are permitted. The exhibitor must apply for authorization from the Internal Revenue Service.For the use of trans Bank equipment, you must apply directly with the company.

1.9.2 Obligatory Exhibitor InformationThese forms are obligatory for every exhibitor because it is fundamental information for coordinating your participation and dissemina-ting your presence at the fair. 1.10 Payment for Services ContractedAll requested Services should be paid and delivered to our operative areas.

2.- EXHIBITOR SETUPEspacio Riesco Convention Center SA will be open for stand setup and decoration in conformance with the following days and schedules:

Special projects • Sunday September 10th at 8 PM until Tuesday September 12th at 10 AM

Modular stands • Monday September 11th from 4 p.m. until Tuesday March 12th at 10 a.m.

It is forbidden to do any construction of stands inside the Pavilion, therefore a workshop area will be set up on the west side of the premi-ses for carpentry, trimming, welding and/or painting; it will be clearly visible, and work will be done during the aforementioned schedule.

• On Monday September 11th from Midnight on, the inaugural cleanup will be done in the Pavilions; therefore no setup work will be allowed that might dirty the common areas. In order to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the exposition, stands must be implemented totally by September 11th before midnight. On September 12th 2017 the fair will open at 2 p.m. and therefore new materials or objects may not be brought in.

• Exhibitors are requested to distribute credentials for setup to the people who are going to be working in the area during the days before the fair, and no one without setup identification may enter the fair.

• We remind our exhibitors, produces, contractors and those setting up the stands, to comply with security norms: the use of elements for personal protection (hardhat, safety shoes, implements for working at heights and provision of authorized, accredited electrical techni-cians).

The organization is authorized to restrict entrance to everybody who does not comply with the above mentioned safety norms. It is the responsibility of each company to remove leftover material, rubble and waste, which are the product of construction and setup of the stand, keeping in mind that the work area must be kept clean and uncluttered.

2.1 Control Guide -merchandise registrationAll the equipment, electronic articles, furniture etc. brought into Espacio Food & Service 2017 should be identified as the property of your company and should also be consigned by means of a waybill, which will be controlled at the moment of entering or leaving the pavilion.

Schedules and stipulated conditions must be complied with at all times.

2.2 Vehicles Carrying LoadsVehicles carrying loads for set up, and entrance of equipment and merchandise, will only have access via Santa Clara, Av. El Salto.Every vehicle will be subject to control and the driver must present waybills for all the elements he is transporting. Companions must also be checked and they must show their credential or setup ID.

2.3 Exhibitors Warehouse -Replacement of Products and Merchandise: Vehicles carrying replacement of products and merchandise for the stand may only enter the fair on fair days during the following schedule:• 8-9:30 AMThe fair will have a warehouse support service for promotional material or smaller items and will be available during fair hours (see location on attached plan No.17).

2.4 Exhibitor Washing Zone:The fair has set up a washing zone for exhibitors together with the location of the exhibitor warehouse. Please do not do any washing in hygienic service areas (see location on attached plan number 18).

2.5 SecurityDuring the fair there will be 24 hour surveillance.Holding the fair on these premises allows our organization to offer a generalized surveillance system inside the pavilions; nevertheless, we would appreciate your designating a person from your company responsible for security during setup and takedown periods. During business hours, security within each stand is the responsibility of each exhibitor company.

2.6 Set up PowerExhibitors with special products will have an electric circuit board set up starting September 11th at 9 a.m. Every exhibitor requiring power for carrying out their tasks should consider having their own source of power beforehand (for example, a workplace generator).

3.- EXHIBITOR TAKEDOWN The date and schedule for take down is the following: • Thursday September 14th from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Only light hand-carried elements may be removed from the interior of the Fair Pavilion. • Friday September 15th from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Total takedown of modular stands. • Special projects should be taken down and material removed Saturday September 16th until 7 p.m.

Personnel removing materials should carry their badge or ID. (Waybills and identification may be required.)The organization and the premises (Espacio Riesco) will NOT be responsible for robbery, petty theft or deterioration of stands during set up, exhibition, and take down.We request that exhibitors take all the necessary measures to comply in detail with the regulations imposed by the organization therefore it is indispensable for the exhibitor to designate personnel responsible for security during this period.

In this sense, we request that exhibitors make the greatest possible effort to coordinate their company in order to comply with established deadlines.Commitments adopted by the organization oblige us to insist on this point, supposing that any exhibitor who has not taken down his installations after the deadline and schedules indicated, has abandoned them, and the organization must take them down, and can use them for whatever purpose convenient and bill the exhibitor for the cost involved.

For removing material, equipment, exhibition products and materials, the waybill for entering these elements should be available.

4.- GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR EXHIBITORSAny modifications of your stand should be sent in before August 11th 2017, if not, the space will be provided only with basic elements. During the set-up, if you have additional requirements, such as printing of fascia, removal of fascia, removal or exchange of panels, lights, etc, in the measure in which this is feasible, the exhibitor will be responsible for the cost of input and HH.

For security reasons, exhibitors must bring prefabricated implements and components for their stand and only minor assembly work, touching up, plotting and furnishing, among others, will be allowed; inside the pavilion, it is strictly forbidden to do welding, painting, and carpentry. For this type of work there will be a zone on the west side, with a specially designed space.

With regards to security provisions and control of the authorities, all personnel who participate in building and preparing stands, must be supplied with pertinent elements of security, such as a hard hat, shoes, glasses, gloves and security harness for working at heights, and in the case of electrical installations, the installers should have the corresponding authorization.

In order to provide conditions of production, hygiene, safety and timeliness that guarantee the success of the event, exhibitors must comply with Instructive No. 001 (attached), which indicates Espacio Riesco safety recommendations, the objective of which is to inform our clients about legal obligations and responsibilities regarding Hygiene and Industrial Security, as established by the SEREMI of the Health and Labor Office, which must be complied with in order to carry out and participate in events on the grounds of the Centro de Convenciones Santiago S.A., Espacio Riesco.

The characteristics of the furniture may vary according to the market stock at the date of the event. The modulation consists of an aluminum structure 2.5 M High which will serve to support dividing and lateral panels. In the front, installed longitudinally, there will be a fascia with the name of the exhibitor (if the exhibitor requests it) in standard typography, no symbols or corporate logos allowed.Panels may not be painted or perforated. Graphic elements may not be stuck directly onto panels of the stand. Graphic elements may only and exclusively be stuck to panels with masking tape on the panel and over that, a double contact tape as indicated in the following illustration:

In case it is not possible to have an installation of this type, either because of weight, volume or material of the graphics, the exhibitor should install a self-supporting graphic solution, independent of the stand structure. It is not authorized to hang graphic elements of any type within the structure of the stand. "In the case of damage caused on the panels of the stand by the application of Graphics or other elements, the exhibitor will be charged 0.6 UF plus tax for every damaged panel."

4.2 FREE UNMODULATED AREA WITHOUT SPECIAL PROJECTSConstructions and decoration should be approved previously by the technical unit before beginning work. Those stands adjoining in the back with another may not install elements over 2.5 meters high, unless these elements are separated from the back modulation panel by 0.50 m at least. The maximum height allowed in projects is regulated by the following measurements:

• The central third of the stand may have a maximum height of (7.5 mts), leaving a free area from this point to the ceiling of the pavilion. The other thirds of both sides may have as a maximum height, the same or less than the diagonal line generated by the highest point (7.50 mts) of the project and the (2.50 mts) of standard height. The front of the stand is considered to be the area of greatest longitude, and the three thirds indicated are placed on this base. • These heights apply to all types of elements, including construction, signs, blackboards, lights, mobile elements, etc. Excluded from this list are products which do not comply with the norm because of their size. • Maximum height for stands without modulation is 7.5 mts for special projects

Nota:Remember that in this case your stand is delivered with no structure. In your area you will find the vortices of your stand marked on the floor (delimitation of meters acquired).Floor covering is not included.Basic power connection is included (70 watts per square meter.)

AUTHORIZATION-APPROVAL OF SPECIAL PROJECTS

4.6 REGULATIONS OF STAND CONSTRUCTION

Producer and modulator companies must adhere totally to the construction and safety regulations established in the Exhibitor Manual given out by Espacio Riesco and they must send their projects for review and approval.

As a minimum, the following definitions must be given:

• Dimensional aspects of the design • Construction and set up • Complimentary regulations and/or specific ones(special cases) • Take down • Security and risk prevention • Guarantees • Deadlines • Accreditation of setup personnel • Responsibilities and sanctions • Functioning of the fair

4.7 REGISTRATION OF CORPORATE PROJECTS FOR REVIEW.

Corporate projects will be understood as all the non-modulated projects, independent of their size or content. This is because a review of its implementation is always implicated, which should be carried out according to the standards of the fair.

The registration of projects should be done digitally via email: [email protected], containing as a minimum the following information:

a) Stand design project in principal Plant and Elevation planes, duly noting all the general measurements, respecting norms of distance and maximum height as described in this document. Format admitted: PDF, JPG and DWG.

b) All the projects should place the number of the stand in some visible place in legible writing, at least 10 cm high.

c) 3D or isometric perspective of the stand (the number of the stand should be visible)

d) The electrical project should be sent together with the registration number to SEC (TE1 form), and a copy of the SEC credential or license of the signer of the electrical project, plus the SEC license credential or license and ID number of the electrical installer in the case of a different person.

e) Formal restrictions imposed by regulations lead to specific presentation such as authorizations of those responsible for neighboring stands, documents backing structural proposals, specific technical data, letters of responsibility, etc.

Structural proposals higher than 2.5 mts, that include a usable second floor or thin structures, should be backed by a report and calculation project, in order to guarantee event safety.

The definition of ‘hangings’ should indicate zones for fixing or fastening for each pavilion and the possibilities of constructive solution for these fixations, restrictions of weight, height and types of hanging structures, aside from pointing out the dimensions of the elements which are permitted. Hanging elements may not be more than 7.5 mts high.

Furthermore this project information should be sent for registration via email, and sent with a copy to the representative of the trademark as a way of validating the presentation made by the producer.

4.7.5 Delivery of approvals For producers, the same way as registering, with a stamped electronic document. This information will allow control of access on the part of the operative unit of the fair and the respective checking of setup.

4.7.6 After approval of the project The exhibitor or agent must register digital plans stamped by the exhibitor online service platform.

4.7.7 Exhibitor credentialsEach exhibitor has the right to 5 exhibitor credentials and 5 setup and takedown IDs. These should be requested at www.espaciofoodservi-ce.cl/

4.7.8 Professional invitationsEach exhibitor will receive printed invitations according to the size of his stand • 6 M stand 50 invitations • 9 M stand 50 invitations • Stands over 18 100 invitations • Stands over 36 square meters, 150 invitations • Stands over 54 square meters, 200 invitations

4.8 Exhibitor parkingThe fair has a parking section reserved for exhibitors located on the east side and west side. One parking ticket per exhibitor will be given out.

4.7.1 APPROVAL OF CORPORATE PROJECTS This process should be carried out in the following steps:

4.7.3 REVIEW AND EMISSION OF OBSERVATIONS, TO BE REMEDIED PREVIOUS TO THE SET UP PERIOD. Note: Once this last period begins (September 10 and 11), the relevance of corrections and approvals may be verified in situ, in order to guarantee the total review of the project. For this the producer must present physical printed data in a legible format.

REGULATORY DEMANDS FOR TEMPORARY ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

Exhibitors or their producers must comply by declaring their temporary electrical installations (registered through SEC) on Form TE1 (electronic task 1), as set out in DFL 4/20018, AR 223, Ministry of Economics, Development and Reconstruction.

In relation to temporary structures the Health SEREMI (Regional Secretariat) of the Metropolitan Region requires obligatory compliance with the following accreditations:. • Contract with companies to set up temporary structures that will be used in the event. • Accreditation of all of these structures, for example: stages, tents, illumination and/or sound towers, stand or canopy for selling

food, exhibitor stand catwalks, platforms, pavilions, etc. • Previous accreditation of event set-up, compliance with technical specifications of structural setup, according to the indications

of the author of the plans and calculation reports of each modular structure for the event. By means of a letter of commitment signed and emitted by a professional specialist. • Furthermore, the recommendations and conclusions of the calculation report, registering important aspects such as: installa-

tion of wood base for supporting bases, installation of fans and/or braces, use of additional loads, verification of security elements (such as splines), capacity and conditions of use.

• Before or during the event and the visit of the SEREMI health controller, a final certificate emitted in the original and signed by a specialist professional (structural civil engineer, construction civil engineer, civil constructor, architect (with studies in structures) indicating that the setup was carried out in accordance with indications mentioned in the preceding point and that each one of these is able to support static charge, dynamics, vibrations and wind to which they may be submitted, considering the general conditions of the event and place where it is to be held.

• A copy of the degree and identification card of the professional who emits said document must be attached to the previous document, as well as the final one.

SECURITY AND RISK PREVENTION

About risk preventionThe company should have the advice of an expert on risk prevention during the development of work done.

Regarding Electric installationsAll electric installations that do not correspond to Espacio Riesco should have an independent circuit run by their own electrical switchboard.Electrical installations should be carried out by professional installers with a license given by the Superintendent of Electricity and Fuel (SEC) in accordance with norms in force or those fixed by the SEC.Connection or manipulation or any piping existent in the premises will not be allowed. The operator should carry out temporary piping different from the ones on the premises, which must comply with SEC regulations established in Chilean Norms NCH Elec. 4/2003 for low tension consumption. They should be previously presented to Espacio Riesco on Form TE1.

Regarding Dangerous SubstancesIt is prohibited to use or store within the premise any articles or inflammable elements, explosives or any other product that may represent chemical, radioactive, poisonous or fuel risk. Personal protective equipment and working clothesPersonnel who enter Espacio Riesco must comply with the obligatory use of all the elements of personal protection required by his specific job, as a minimum:

• Safety shoes • Hard hat with chin strap • Gloves • Safety glasses with UV protection • For working at heights and using catwalks: security harness and 2 lifelines for working at heights.

Working at HeightsAll work done at heights over 1.80 mts requires the obligatory use of a safety harness with three rings and two life lines which are certified. Safety recommendations for clients

In order to provide conditions of production, hygiene, safety and timeliness that guarantee the success of the event, Espacio Riesco is providing these instructions which are meant to inform our clients with regards to legal obligations and responsibilities in the area of hygiene and industrial security, as established by the SEREMI of the Health and Labor Offices. These must be complied with in order to hold the event on the premises of the Espacio Riesco Convention Center S:A:

This body will supervise compliance with these obligations.

1. RESPONSIBILITIESCompliance with these obligations regarding hygiene and Industrial safety are the exclusive responsibility of the clients and the producers and contractors they bring in for executing their work.

Espacio Riesco will only have the responsibility for the work done in accordance with the contract with the client and carried out by their own personal or subcontracted personnel.

2. PROVISIONS OF THE HEALTH OFFICE SEREMIProducers must comply with the requirements of the Metropolitan Region Health SEREMI, which has established obligatory compliance with the following provisions for holding events, which may be supervised during the development of the event, making compliance obligatory.

3. TEMPORARY INSTALLATIONS

3.1 Temporary electrical installationsClients or producers must comply with declaring all of their temporary installations by registration on TE1 (electronic Task 1) as set out by DFL 4/20018, art. 223, Ministry of Economics, Development and Reconstruction

3.2 Safeguard against dangerous tension• Differential protector Grounding of metallic structures NCH elec. 4 / 2003

3.3 SafeguardsAll of the circuits or equipment of a temporary installation must be protected by differential safeguards. Omission of differential safeguards will be accepted in circuits used exclusively for illumination and where there are no plugs. These circuits must be protected to a neutralization system. Grounding system may not be used in temporary installations. This declaration is made through the SEC platform Superintendent of Electricity and Fuel, and after the declaration by the competent body, a field visit will be made to verify conditions, and a copy of said decoration or registration should be accredited with the health SEREMI.

3.4 Temporary structuresThe following accreditations must be complied with:Accreditation of a contract with companies for setting up temporary structures which will be used in the event

Total accreditation of the structures, which means attaching a list of these structures, as for example: Stages, tents, illumination or sound towers, stand or canopies for selling food, exhibitor stand talks, platforms, pavilions, etc.

Previous to setting up of the event, accredit a “Document” of commitment in the original and signed by specialized professional, who has committed to carrying out the setup work of the structures in accordance with the indications of the manufacturer and according to the plans and calculation report of each modulated structure for the event. Furthermore the recommendations and conclusions of the calculus report must be accredited and important aspects must be registered such as installation of wooden bases for supporting the bases, installation of fans and or bracing, use of additional loads, verification of elements of security such as splines, capacity and conditions for use.

Before the event or during the visit of the supervisor from the Health SEREMI, a final original certificate signed by a specialized professional (structural civil engineer, construction civil engineer, civil constructor, architect with some mention in construction) must be emitted, indicating that the setup was done according to the indications mentioned in the preceding point and that each one of them is able to support static charge, dynamics, vibrations and wind to which they may be submitted, considering general conditions of the event and the place where it is held.

The previous document must be accompanied by a copy of the degree and ID of the professional who emits said document.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE WORK CODE AND LABOR ACCIDENT LAWThe following documentation must be available for supervising bodies

• Contracts of all the workers• Registration of reception of internal hygiene and security regulation• Registration of reception of personal protection elements• Information on inherent risks• Procedures or instruction of work which is to be executed• Registration of training in procedures or instructions• Analysis of safety of the work to be done• Certificate of membership in union (Labor Security Institution, Chilean Labor Security Mutual Institution, the Chilean security Association)• Worker attendance book• Certification of professional competence or registration of authorized SEC installers, operator licenses, driver's licenses, other qualifications.• Technical specifications, calculation reports of catwalks and other structures which will be used and installations which require it.

5. GENERAL REGULATIONS

5.1 people entering the premisesClients or their producers should give Espacio Riesco a list of the external companies or natural persons who will come to execute occasional jobs relating to an event, fair or exposition, indicating: Name, ID, beginning date and end of their work. And contact data of the Supervisor or the head of the group doing the work (Annex One.)

Every external person who comes into Espacio Riesco to do work should identify themselves at the Espacio Riesco gate, indicating full name, ID and company they work for.

Espacio Riesco reserves the right to authorize entrance or not.

5.2 Entrance of vehiclesLoading and unloading can only be done in the areas which are duly indicated and authorized for it.

5.3 Prohibitions• It is prohibited to do construction work within the salons (welding, carpentry, painting, etc.).Companies should bring prefabricated elements and components of the project, only authorizing the work of assemblage, retouching and furnishing.• It is strictly prohibited to perforate, paint or cause any damage to the walls, ceilings or floors of the premises• The installation of floor covering, the type of carpet, should be authorized by Espacio Riesco and can only be installed with 3m transferable tape.• It is strictly prohibited to bring in alcoholic beverages by all Personnel that work inside Espacio Riesco installations• Security personnel on the premises may require identification and ask a person to leave if they do not comply with these regulations.

6. SAFETY REGULATIONS AND RISK PREVENTION

6.1 Risk prevention sCompanies must have an expert advisor in risk prevention during the development of the work.

6.2 Electric InstallationsEvery installation that does not correspond to Espacio Riesco must have an independent circuit and their own switchboard.

Electrical installations must be executed by professional installers who have been licensed by the Superintendant of Electricity and Fuels (SEC) in accordance with norms in force or those established by SEC.

No connection or manipulation of any piping on the premises is permitted. The operator must carry out temporary piping apart from the one on the premises, that complies with SEC provisions as established in Chilean Norms NCh Elec. 4/2003 Low Tension Installations, and these must be previously presented to Espacio Riesco.

6.3 Dangerous substancesIt is prohibited to use or store within the premise any articles or inflammable elements, explosives or any other product that may represent chemical, radioactive, poisonous or fuel risk.

6.4 Protective Equipment and Work Clothes for Personnel Personnel who enter Espacio Riesco must comply with the obligatory use of all the elements of personal protection required by his specific job, as a minimum: • Safety shoes • Hard hat with chin strap • gloves • Safety glasses with UV protection • For working at heights and using catwalks: security harness and 2 lifelines for working at heights.

6.5 Working at HeightsAll work done at heights over 1.80 m requires the obligatory use of a safety harness with three rings and two life lines which are certified.

6.6 Fire Network Espacio Riesco cuenta con extintores, red húmeda, red seca, los cuales deben ser operados solo por personal autorizado por Espacio Riesco y en caso de red seca solo por bomberos.

7. LABOR ACCIDENTSAny labor accident occurring to external personnel who are executing work in Espacio Riesco should immediately be informed to the security officials of Espacio Riesco, and the worker in the accident should be sent to his respective mutual insurance. In the case of a labor accident considered serious by SUSESO Circular No. 2345, the Producer or Company responsible for the event, should immediately inform the Labor Office and Health SEREMI and Espacio Riesco management.

8. SANCTIONSIn the case of non compliance with these provisions and those established in current legislation, Espacio Riesco may order the paralyzation of the work, until risk is controlled or legal provisions are complied with.
