Location

The closest underground station is Edgware Road. Please note that there are

two Edgware Road stations (one for Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines,the other one for Bakerloo line), both directly opposite the hotel.

Setting up

You will be responsible for the delivery, set-up and tear-down of yourstand/equipment.

Sending your items

Material can be stored at the hotel 1 day before the conference (items should notbe delivered to the hotel before Monday19th October 2015).

Boxes must clearly display the hotel delivery label or they will not be acceptedby the Loading Bay.

Access times to the Loading Bay are as below. Access outside these times is notpermitted.Monday Friday 06:00 – 15:00. Saturday 06:00 – 13:00.

If you would like to check that your items have been delivered to the hotel, pleasecheck with the hotel once your courier company has confirmed delivery.

Set-up

You will have access to the Exhibitor room (Monarch Suite) from 11:00 am

Monday, 19th October 2015.

The stand can be left set-up overnight, but it is highly recommended that valuable

material is locked/stored away. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for lostor damaged items, therefore if you have items that need to be left in the roomovernight we highly recommend that security is ordered, please Michell Palad ofany requests. Please note that for Health and Safety reasons we are unable to lockthe Kings Suite or the Monarch Suites overnight.

We have 170 car park spaces under the hotel with a entrance height of 1.9 metres.The rates for the car park are:

We have 5 x spaces along Harbet Road to park and drop off items; however these

spaces are available for 30mins only. Please contact Michell Palad to book yourslot now. We will require your registration number, contact and mobile phonenumber.

Please ensure if you are parking on Harbet Road that you park on the hotel side ofthe road. If you park on the other side of the road, you will be clamped and fined.

Breaking-down

You can start to dismantle your stand at 17:30 on Wednesday, 21st October 2015

or after the last session has started. Dismantling must be complete by 21:00 on21st October 2015.

All items must be collected via courier or taken off site by the exhibitors by 10:00on Thursday, 22nd October 2015

Please ensure that if your are leaving items behind that they are clearly labeledwith name, number of boxes, weight of each box and address. The hotel will notaccept responsibility for items that are not labeled correctly.

Business Centre

The hotel has a business centre with access to two computers, printer, fax andtelephone. This is located in the Tower Wing on the 3rd Floor.

There is a charge if you wish to do any printing in any of the four options; £0.60pfor black and white printing, £1.00 for colour printing per page. If you need tophotocopy documents this is charged at a cost of £0.20p per A4 page for black andwhite and £1.00 for colour. Payment is accepted via credit card or cash. Pleasenote that all in-house guests also have access to the Business Centre.

Please be advised that you are responsible for ensuring that any equipment ormaterials brought by yourselves are covered by your own insurance.
