• Each booth will have an 8-foot-high draped back wall and3-foot-high side drapes. Ex hib its may not ex ceed 8 feet inheight at the back wall and may not extend fur ther than 4feet from the back wall if the ex hib it is over 3 feet tall. Anyvaria tion from these restric tions must be approved by theIAFE prior to the show.

• Floor load is 225 pounds per square foot, and the floor is car -peted. Ceil ing height in the Paris Ball room is 30 feet. Freightac cess doors are 10 feet wide by 13 feet, 10 inches tall.

• Cooking and/or the serving of food or bev er age will bepermitted only with the ap proval of the IAFE and the ParisHotel Con ven tion Ser vic es Department.

• Las Vegas Fire Department re quires you to re move or dis -connect bat teries in all mo tor ized ve hicles or equip ment dis -played. Fuel tanks must be less than a quarter full and mustbe locked or sealed with tape. The Paris Hotel re quires vis - queen to be placed under any mo tor ized vehicle on dis play.

• Live entertainment performances and dem on strations withinyour booth space shall not dis turb ad ja cent ex hib i tors andtheir pa trons. Mu sical in stru ments and P.A. sys tems may notbe used in individual booth spaces.

• All freight should be directed to the of fi cial show dec oratoron a prepaid ba sis. Booth set up is Sun day, Nov. 26, 8 a.m-6p.m. Tear-down of the booth may not begin until 1:30 p.m.on Wednes day, Nov. 29. Booths must be complete ly re movedfrom the ex hib it hall by 10 p.m. on Wednes day, Nov. 29.

• Prior to Nov. 1, each exhibitor is re quired to furnish a certifi -cate of in sur ance to the IAFE. The cov erage must be forGen eral Lia bil ity with a combined single limit of $1,000,000.All in surance must be on an occur rence pol icy and must in - clude the In ternational As so ciation of Fairs and Ex positionsand Bally’s/Paris Las Vegas as an additional in sured.

• No hazing, smoking, or fog is per mit ted with any exhibit.

• Educational programming at the Convention has minimal conflict with exhibit hours,giving delegates the time they need to visit your booth.

• Promote your business to OVER 400 FAIRS AND EVENTS that have at least one representative at the IAFE Con vention.

• Meet face-to-face with additional professional attendees that in clude:special event producers, entertainment buyers, car nival executives, conces sionaires,and facility managers.

Booth DetailsEach booth in the IAFE Trade Show is 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide. Booths are draped (black drapes) and include one

identifi cation sign for each ex hib iting firm.Standard booth rates are $1,150 for IAFE mem bers and $1,250 for non-members (per booth). A $100 corner/

premi um aisle charge will be added to the exhibit space amount for each cor ner space and all booths reserved inaisle 700. Space will be con tracted be ginning May 1, 2017. Exhibitor Priority Points will de ter mine place ment for thoseapplications re ceived prior to May 1. As sign ment after May 1 will be based on the date the ap pli cation is re ceived. A non -refund able $300 deposit per booth will hold your space until Aug. 1, 2017, when the entire balance of your booth is due.Exhibitors needing electrical out lets and fur ni ture may order these items at an ad di tional cost through the show service

pro vid ers. An on line ex hibi tor service manual will be made avail able to ex hibitors ap proximately 3 months prior to our show.Each exhibitor will receive 4 badges for the first booth purchased and 2 additional badges for each addi tional booth

pur chased. Badges above the allotment are $50 each.

minutes — Do you have a prod uct, service, or act thatyou wish to show case to con vention attendees? Re ceive a15-minute time slot in the show case areas located on theTrade Show floor. The time slot you reserve will be pro -moted in the Of fi cial Con ven tion Program. In addi tion, youwill have the oppor tunity to mail in vites to conven tion at tendees . . . IAFE will supply you the mailing labels ifneeded. It will include seating for approxi mate ly 60 people.(Availability is limited and will be filled on a first come, firstserved basis.)

2) Featured Exhibitor Booth Package — $250• Enhanced listing in the 2017 IAFE Convention Program (list -ing will be highlighted with a bright yellow background).

• A 50-word listing on the “Featured IAFE Exhibitors” page(s) ofthe Con vention issue of Fairs & Expos maga zine. You can usethis listing to fea ture a specific product or simply give an over -view of the product, service, or attraction that you offer to fairs.This booth package is not available after Oct. 15, 2017.

• Highlighted listing in the Exhibitor section of the IAFE ConventionMo bile App, including a YouTube link to a video you choose to feature.

3) E-mail Blast and Ad Package — $1,100 — Provide the IAFEoffice with the fol low ing items: 1 com pany logo; 2 images/ photos; andyour sales message in less than 150 words. The IAFE will format theabove into an attractive email message, which will be sent to over 5,000e-mail addresses affili ated with our association’s database. The messagewill be sent at an agreeable date. In ad dition, you’ll also receive a fullpage color ad in the Convention Issue of Fairs & Expos, which is mailed toall IAFE members prior to the Convention . . . and it also receives bonus dis -tribution at the show. (Avail abil ity is limited and will be filled on a first come,first served basis).

4) Mobile App Banner Ad — $500 — Be 1 of 5 companies to have arotating banner ad on the official Mobile App for the IAFE Convention.
