ABOUT THE EXHIBITOR MANUALExhibitor Manual is an informative document that includes a set of rules that all Exhibitors must comply with, as well as general information about the exhibition. This manual is a generic document, which is sent out to all Exhibitors. This document does not contain any information (rented space, stand location, etc.) related to the Rental Contract that has been signed between Platform Exhibitions and the EXHIBITOR for privacy purposes.

Important Notice InordertobenefitfromtheservicesofPlatformExhibitionsandits3rd parties, including but not limited to free and paid services, to be provided by Platform Exhibitions within the scope ofBEAUTYEURASIA,eachEXHIBITORmustreadthismanualandfilloutallrelevantFormswithinspecificdeadlines.ItshouldbenotedthatallFORMSmustbereturnedtoPlatformExhibitionsby7March,2018viaanemail.

In accordance with health and safety 6331 All work to be done within the fair area is under the supervision off Occupational Health and Safety Unit within the scopeof"OSHLawNo.6331"onbehalfofPlatformExhibitions.

InaccordancewithArticles5and23oftheHealthandSafetyLaw,CodeNo.6331,• Personnel who do not use Personal Protective Equipment (Safety helmets, gloves, eye protection, protective

footwearext.)willnotbeallowedtoworkinthefieldunderanycircumstances.• Personnel who will work at the exhibition area must have insurance and be registered at the "OHSS Information

Input System". • Duringthefair,espaciallyatinstallationanddisassemblyprocessesfireextinguishingcabinetsmustbeopen.

Exhibitorcannotblockfireextinguishingcabinetsunderanycircumstances.• Allelectricalworkinthestandmustbedonebycertifiedwiththeabilitytodobusinessandqualifiedelectriciansin

accordance with the project with suitable material in accordance with the applicable law. • Allcircuitsinthestandmustbeprotectedwith30mAresidual-currentdeviceand300mAfireprotectrelay.• Within the scope of the stand design, all kinds of plate panels "PLASTERS, PLASTER DERIVATIVES, CEMENT-BASED

PRODUCTS" can not be used during set up at exhibition area. Exhibitors can exhibit only plaster panel and it is possible to do the stand with these materials provided that it is disassembled and returned without leaving any solid waste after the exhibition.

• Smoking in the exhibition area is prohibited. • Itisnecessarytoakeepfireextinguisherwhichsuitableforstandsizeduringthesetupandexhibition.• Please keep emergency exits clean and empty during build-up and exhibition dates & time.

OHSS Information Input System All employees who will work in the exhibition area have to report all insurance papers to the fair area management toprotectallemployees’shealthandsafetyintheareaaccordingto6331codeofOHSSLawencompassingoccupational health and safety studies. For this reason all employees who will work at the exhibition area must register to OHSS Information Input System. Employees who have not submitted insurance papers will not be allowed in the exhibition area.

Stand SetupThe EXHIBITOR is to be provided with a 2-day preparation period for installation, setup, furnishing and decoration duties (April 10th, 11th of 2018). Stand Setup process must be finalized by April 11, 2018 at 22:00. Only minor tasks such as cleaning and display arrangement can be undertaken between 22:00 - 24:00 on April 11, 2018. If the stand has not been completed on April 11, 2018, at 22:00 o’clock, a penalty of 150 EUR (+ VAT) per hour will be invoiced for the Exhibitors until the completion of the stand.

Custom Stand Project Approval ExhibitorswithCustomStandsshouldgettheirstandprojectsapprovedbyPlatformExhibitionsbyMarch7th 2018. Platform Exhibitions holds the right to approve or not approve custom projects. Companies who do not have Project approval can not use OHSS Information Input System. Material entries into the exhibition area of the Exhibitors that havenotapprovedprojectsordidnotfulfillthechangesarenotallowed.

How to Benefit from Technical Infrastructure Elements at Your Stand? ExhibitorsmustcompletetheGridPlanformtoindicateactualusagepointsofserviceslikeElectricity,CompressedAirand Water Connection.IftheExhibitorfailtofilloutthegridplan,PlatformExhibitionswillundertakethisoperationnevertheless.TheExhibitorwillnotbeabletorequestforachangeoncePlatformExhibitionsfinishesthisprocess.

Neighbouring Stands: Covering backside of your Stand’s exceeding walls In the event that the Exhibitor’s stand is higher compared to the neighbouring stands, the Exhibitor must then cover the exceeding portion of its stand walls/panels, ensuring that the level looks neat and painted in white color. The Exhibitor isnotallowedtoapplyanytypeofvisualelementssuchaslogos,writingsorflagsontheexceedingarea.Intheeventthattheexceedingarea/surfaceisnotcoveredbytheExhibitor,anamountof60EUR(+VAT)persqmisinvoicedtothe Exhibitor by the Platform Exhibitions for the implementation of penal clause.

Dismantling and Rubble Removal Custom stand owner exhibitors must have removed all stand materials and displayed products by April 15, 2018 at10:00.IftheExhibitorfailtofinalizethedismantlingprocesswithinthisdeadlinePlatformExhibitionswilltakenecessary actions dismantle the stand and proceed with the removal of stand material and displayed products without further notice. It should be noted that a 25 EUR (+VAT) per sqm Rubble Removal Fee will be applied, based on the total area (in sqm) set in the Rental Contract. Exhibitors must keep their stand areas clean and get approval from Platform Exhibitions authorities in order to exit from exhibition area.

Fire Prevention and Safety Exhibitorsshallusenon-flammableequipmentandmaterialduringsetupprocess.Standconstructionsmustbeundertaken in such a way that Fire Cabinets remain accessible at all times. Thefrontoffirecabinetswillnotbeleftopenasindicatedintheexhibitionregistrationprocessinthepresenceofthenotary, as well as to exhibitors 2.500 EUR (+VAT) in the amount of penalty proceedings shall apply. The invoice in question to the exhibitor are obliged to pay.

ForkliftForklift services will be provided between on April 10th at 10:00 and on April 11th at 15:00 during the stand setup process.The forklift to be allocated for the use of the EXHIBITOR shall not be used for any other purpose, such as stand installation and/or staging.During the dismantling stage forklift services will be provided between on April 14th by 20:00 and on April 15th by 10:00 .

Request for Change in the Stand SystemTheStandSystemtobeusedbytheExhibitorintheExhibitionisdefinedbytheRentalContractbetweenPlatformExhibitions and the Exhibitor. If the Exhibitor requests to change its stand system with another system in the lower fee category30daysorlesspriortotheopeningdateoftheexhibition,thecostdifferencewillnotberefunded.

Change Requests at the Exhibition Area In case at the exhibition area, any changes regarding previously placed demands and/or new requests of Exhibitors willbemetbyPlatformExhibitions.Thissaid,PlatformExhibitionscannotguaranteetimelyfulfillmentofthesedemands as it can not foresee the workload in advance. Changes or new requests are subject to a surcharge of 100%. Thus, Exhibitors should pay a fee twice as high as what is originally indicated in “Technical Services Form” .

Cafe Services in the Exhibition Area The Cafes in the Exhibition Area are located;• Foyer• OutsideIt is forbidden to bring any food from outside to the exhibition area.

Technical Information About The Exhibition Area

Gate Dimensions: Goods & Materials Entrance

Floor Loading Capacity and Usage For Halls 9 and 10: Floor loading capacity is 1.500 kg/m2 for fixed usage and 1.000 kg/m2 for moved usage. For Outdoor: Floor loading capacity is 6.000 kg/m2

Point loading is not allowed, the weight should be evenly distribued over a large area in halls and outdoor. Shafts are that locatedonfloorwhichtechnicalinfrastructureelementsarepresentmustbeaccessibleandleavingaminimumdistanceof 2m between products and these shaft at all times for any opening or intervention during the installation stage or the actual exhibition time.TheEXHIBITORisnotallowedtodrill,nail,stamp,applyballyoranyotheradhesiveonthefloorofthespacethatitrents.

Usage of Ceiling Inside Halls Exhibitorsarenotallowedtouseceilingsforhangingvisuals,baloonand/orfixingstructuralelements.Itisforbiddentohaveaballoonfilledanygasinthehall.

Fire Extinguishing Systems AtStandsetup,walls,carpets,productsandaccessoriesmustbefromflamelessmaterial.

Itisforbiddentousingfireandflameproofequipmentatexhibitionarea.

TheExhibitormustensurethatthestanddesignallowseasyaccesstofirecabinetsatalltimes.

Electricity• Platform Exhibitions is responsible for providing the cabling of electricity for the electric lines from the existing electric

weldingtoeachExhibitor’sstand(toaspecificpointstatedbytheExhibitorinForm“GridPlan”).• Lines and cabling will be able to meet Exhibitor’s power needs (stated in Form “Technical Sevices”). • Panel with automatic fuse, will be provided by the Exhibitor and the distribution inside the stand will be conducted by

the Exhibitor after the panel set-up. • The stand electricity will be activated following the electricity connection acts carried out by The Exhibitor within the

stand, after the necessary control is performed by the competent electricity technician present at the exhibition area.• Electricity will not be provided to custom stands that are not equipped with automatic fuse. (This will be calculated

based on usage) • At the exhibition area, any changes regarding previously placed demands related to electricity needs and/or new

requests of Exhibitors will be met by Platform Exhibitions. This said, Platform Exhibitions can not guarantee timely fulfillmentof thesedemandsas itcannotforeseetheworkloadinadvance.Changesornewrequestsaresubjectto a surcharge of 100%. Thus, Exhibitors should pay a fee twice as high as what is originally indicated in Technical Services Form.

• Standelectricitywillbeturnedoffonthelastdayoftheexhibition(April14,2018)asof18:30.• TheExhibitorsshallprovidewritteninformationtotheOrganiserOfficeforelectricity,whichrequiretheneedtobe

kept on in an uninterrupted manner for 24 hours. • Allelectricalworkinthestandmustbedonebycertifiedwiththeabilitytodobusinessandqualifiedelectriciansin

accordance with the project with suitable material in accordance with the applicable law. • Allcircuitsinthestandmustbeprotectedwith30mAresidual-currentdeviceand300mAfireprotectrelay.• Extension cabling should not be longer than 2 meters, and multiple extension cabling for each cabling point will not

be allowed. For using multiple sockets of block ports will not be allowed.• There should be no damage or defect in any of the connection points and extension cables.

Water and Compressed Air • The Exhibitor should apply for water connection and compressed air connection through the relevant form by taking

into consideration the deadlines. • Platform Exhibitions can not be held responsible for delays or non-completion of the demands made after the

deadlines. • Expenses related to water and compressed air will be billed seperately. • At the exhibition area, any changes regarding previously placed demands related to water and compressed air

connection needs and/or new requests of Exhibitors will be met by Platform Exhibitions. This said, Platform Exhibitions cannotguaranteetimelyfulfillmentofthesedemandsasitcannotforeseetheworkloadinadvance.Changesornew requests are subject to a surcharge of 100%. Thus, exhibitors should pay a fee twice as high as what is originally indicated in Technical Services Form.

These shafts underneath which technical infrastructure elements are present shall be accessible at all times for any opening or intervention during the installation stage or the actual exhibition time.

Grid Plan ExhibitorsmustcompletetheGridPlanformtoindicateactualusagepointsofserviceslikeElectricity,CompressedAirandWaterConnection.IftheExhibitorfailtofilloutthegridplan,PlatformExhibitionswillundertakethisoperationnevertheless.TheExhibitorwillnotbeabletorequestchangesoncePlatformExhibitionsfinishesthisprocess.

Extra Stand Materials Exhibitors may bring their own furniture and additional display materials. Exhibitors can also rent standard extra stand materials via the “Extra Stand Material Form” in the Exhibitor Manual. Exhibitors can refer to “Extra Stand Material Form” to see the list of items that can be rented and place their order through the same form. And these forms can be apply only to Standard – Equipment Stand.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

If the stand has not been completed on April 11th 2018, at 22:00 pm, a penalty of 150 EUR + VAT per hour will be invoiced for the Exhibitors until the completion of the stand.

Exhibitorsmusthaveremovedallstandmaterialsanddisplayedproductsby5:00pmonApril13th, 2018. It should be noted that a 25 EUR + VAT per sqm Rubble Removal Fee will be applied, based on the total area (in sqm) set forth in the Rental Contract. It is mandatory to use iron / steel construction on double deckers stand applications. Only timber structure is not allowed due to H&S rules and regulations. Exhibitors must removed all stand materials and displayed products from their stand area. They should get their Stand Area Delivery Form signed by Platform Exhibitions.

Upon the request of the EXHIBITOR, forklift services may carry the materials to the stand against a service fee. Forklift services shall be provided between April 10th at 10:00 and April 11th at 15:00 during the stand setup stage. And during dismantling stage, forklift service will be provided between April 14th by 20:00 and April 15th by 10:00.

PlatformExhibitionsshallprovidethegeneralsecurityservicesattheexhibitionarea;howeverconsideringthesizeoftheexhibition,Platform Exhibitions does not give any warranty or assume any liability in connection with the security. Platform Exhibitions shall not beheldresponsibleforanydamage,loss,injuryordeathresultingfromanyandallkindsoffires,naturalorsocialevents,theftetc.throughout the exhibition (from installation phase to dismantling). The EXHIBITOR is required to ensure the security of its stand, display products, valuable items and equipment.

SetupStand Setup Starting Date: On April 10th, Thuesday at 10:00Stand Setup Completion Deadline: All stands must be set up by 22:00 on April 11th, 2018 (Wednesday)

If the stand setup has not been completed by April 11, 2018, at 22:00 o’clock on Wednesday, a penalty of 150 EUR (VAT is included) per hour will be invoiced to the Exhibitors until the completion of the stand.

The Exhibitors will have the opportunity to work 24 hours during setup stages until. * Platform Exhibitions holds the right to interfere in and suspend works of Exhibitors who fail to set up their stands by 22:00 on 11 April, 2018.Only hand tools may be used in the installation process at the exhibition area. No chip and/or dust emitting tools, such as planers or sawmills shall be used.Within the scope of the stand design, all kinds of plate panels "PLASTERS, PLASTER DERIVATIVES, CEMENT-BASED PRODUCTS" can not be used during set up at exhibition area.Exhibitors can exhibit only plaster panel and it is possible to do the stand with these materials provided that it is disassembled and returned without leaving any solid waste after the exhibition.

Dismantling

For Custom Stands: By 15 April 2018, 10:00 hours at latest For Standard – Equipment Stand: By 14 April 2018, 24:00 hours at latest

Exhibitors must have removed all stand materials and displayed products by 10:00 on April 15, 2018.Exhibitors must remove all stand materials and displayed products from their stand area. They should get their Stand Area Delivery Form signed by Platform Exhibitions.

Stant Montaj – Demontaj BilgileriForklift ServicesForklift services will be provided between on April 10th at 10:00 and on April 11th at 15:00 during the stand setup process. The forklift to be allocated for the use of the EXHIBITOR shall not be used for any other purpose, such as stand installation and/or staging.

Forklift service fee shall be paid to the logistics company who will be sponsor of Exhibition at on-site.During the dismantling stage forklift services will be provided between April 14th by 20:00 and on April 15 by 10:00 .

PLATFORM EXHIBITION’ Right to Inspect Physical Stand LocationsExhibitors must have their Custom Stand design projects approved by Platform Exhibitions. Platform Exhibitions holds the right to inspect the physical application of an initially approved project to ensure that infrastructure elements, shafts, andfirecabinetsremainaccessibleatalltimes.

Whenstartingthesetupofthestand,duringtheconstructionofthefloorupholstery,theelectricalcablesunderthefloormust not be crushed. Exhibitors must include these elements in their Custom Stand projects before submitting them to Platform Exhibitions.

Stand Height Restrictions and Standards

The maximum stand height determined by Platform Exhibitions according to the halls is 3.66 m.Forexhibitorsthatmake2ndfloorcontractsthisheightislimitedto5m.

For the construction which is using double deckers projects it is necessary to use steel construction!

In the event that the EXHIBITOR wishes to use a stand that is likely to exceed the max. heights stated above, it shall get Platform Exhibitions approval for its stand project in connection with this matter.

Standard – Equipment StandThis is a system provided by Platform Exhibitions that is made of white melamine-coated chipboard and aluminium profiles,usingalloftherectangularspacestatedintherentalcontract.

Custom Stand Custom Stand application refers to a stand system that is to be designed and set up by the EXHIBITOR in a manner not exceedingthespacerentedbytakingintoconsiderationheightandothertechnicalspecificationsandrestrictions.

Services included in the Standard Stand:• Stand Set-Up • Fascia Board Lettering • 1Spotlightpereach3squaremeters• 1 plug at any place in the stand • Floor covering with red carpet

Services included in the Custom Stand System:• An empty area with formatted corners and marked stand area • AcableforelectricityasstatedinGridPlanForm.TheExhibitor

is responsible for handling its own power distribution and setting up the lighting of the stand.

Stand Project ApprovalExhibitors with Custom Stands should have their stand projects approved by Platform Exhibitions by 7 March 2018.Custom Stand projects to be submitted for approval shall include relevant measurements and scales, and shall also be illustratedina3-dimensionalformat.Platform Exhibitions holds the right to deny a project that has been submitted by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor must then review its project design and re-submit its project for approval. It should be noted that Platform Exhibitions will prevent unapproved projects from being physically applied during the setup.Platform Exhibitions is entitled to interrupt, suspend or demolish any work performed at the exhibition area should it deem necessary. Platform Exhibitions decisions at the exhibition are irreversible.

2nd Floor / Storey UsageThetwo-storeystandapplicationsarevalidforthestandslargerthan30sqmand2ndfloorapplicationisnotpermittedforthestandssmallerthan30sqm.Thetwo-storeystandapplicationsaresubjecttothe"StandProjectApproval"items.

IT IS MANDATORY TO USE IRON / STEEL CONSTRUCTION ON DOUBLE DECKERS STAND APPLICATIONS. ANY WOODEN/ TIMBER DOUBLE DECKER STRUCTURE IS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO H&S RULES AND REGULATIONS!

Neighbouring Stands: Covering Backside of Your Stand’s Exceeding WallsIn the event that the Exhibitor’s stand is higher compared to the neighbouring stands the Exhibitor must then cover the exceeding portion of its stand walls/panels, ensuring that the level looks neat and painted in white color. The Exhibitor isnotallowedtoapplyanytypeofvisualelementssuchaslogos,writingsorflagsontheexceedingarea. In the event that the exceeding area/surface is not covered by the Exhibitor, the process will be conducted by Platform Exhibitionsforafixedfeeof60EUR+VATpersqm.

Rubble RemovalIt is under the responsibility of the Exhibitor to dispose of all remaining materials/waste during the dismantling process. Exhibitors must removed all stand materials and displayed products from their stand area. They should get their Stand Area Delivery Form signed by Platform Exhibitions.

Material & Goods Entry During Exhibition TimeDuringtheexhibition(12–14April,2018)material&goodsentrancewillonlybeallowedbetween08:30-09:30atnoonandbetween18:30-20:00intheevening.Gateswillremainshutexceptfortheabove-mentionedtimeintervals,hencepackages,deliveries,goodsandotheritems will not be allowed inside the halls. Material & goods entrance will only be with Exhibitor Badge.

Music Broadcasting Inside StandsAll promotional activities including but not limited to video shows and music broadcasting must be conducted within Exhibitor’s stand area and not disturb neighbouring stands and visitors. The maximum noise level for any type of promotionalactivityshouldbebelow60db(decibel).

Security at the Exhibition Area Safety precautions in the exhibition space are taken by Platform Exhibitions. However, Platform Exhibitions does not provideadetailedandcomprehensivesecurityserviceforthesizeoftheareaandtheheavyExhibitortraffic;itisnotliable in this regard. Assignment of private security personnel for the stand is recommended to the Exhibitor in order to avoid any breach of security.

Insurance Information Platform Exhibitions does not hold any responsibility for any loss and/or damage that may occur at any stage of the exhibition including set-up, exhibition time and stand disassembly. This includes, stand materials, exhibited products, stand furniture and all relevant items. It is suggested that the Exhibitor applies for insurance to cover its possessions.

Internet Services At The Exhibition AreaInternet services provided at the exhibition area and halls are provided by a special service provider and Platform Exhibitions does not have any control over this subject.

Additional Services – Fire and Security ApplicationsAdditional ServicesInterpreter You may hire experienced interpreters to better communicate with your visitors throughout the exhibition.

Stand Attendants Host-Hostess for your stand may be requested to charge in the stand during the exhibition.

Private Security Platform Exhibitions is responsible only for taking general safety precautions during the Exhibition. However, considering thesizeoftheexhibitionandthehighnumberofvisitors,PlatformExhibitionssuggeststhatExhibitorshireprivatesecurityfor their stands.

Cleaning The cleaning services for the overall Exhibition Area and the corridors will be provided by Platform Exhibitions. You may procure cleaning personnel for having your stand cleaned at the exhibition opening date and other days.

Fire and Security ApplicationsFire ApplicationsExhibitorsshallusenon-flammableandnon-combustibleequipmentsandmaterialsduringthesetupprocess.Stand constructions must be undertaken in such a way that Fire Cabinets remain accessible at all times.Thefrontoffirecabinetswillnotbeleftopenasindicatedintheexhibitionregistrationprocessinthepresenceofthe notary, as well as to exhibitors 2.500 EUR + VAT in the amount of penalty proceedings shall aply. The invoice in question to the exhibitor are obliged to pay.Stand constructions must be undertaken in such a way that Fire Cabinets remain accessible at all times. In emergency cases,especiallyduringstandsetupanddismantling,accesstothefireextinguishercabinetsmayberestricted.Inthiscase Platform Exhibitions may immediately remove the materials on the road and it will not be liable for any damage to these materials that may ocur.Itisnecessarytoakeepfireextinguisherwhichsuitableforstandsizeduringthesetupandexhibition.

Displayed GoodsGoodsandmaterialsthataretobedisplayedinsideeachexhibitor’sstandmustcomplywithgeneralhealth&safetyregulations to prevent accidents from happening.Itisforbiddentohaveaballoonfilledanygasinthehall.

Working at Height During Installation Lifting vehicles must be safe for those who work at high altitudes. Workers at high altitudes must be protected by railing system or secured with safety belts that prevent falls. Personnel who do not use Personal Protective Equipment (Safetyhelmets,gloves,eyeprotection,protectivefootwearext.)willnotbeallowedtoworkinthefieldunderanycircumstances.

Displaying Vehicles at Stands Itisprohibitedtokeep,beinpossessionofand/ordisplayanyandallkindsofignitable,inflammable,combustible,nuclear, biological or chemical materials that pose threat to the human health or the environment, or that are limited by the laws, at the exhibition venue. Fuel tanks of all kinds of vehicles to be displayed shall be empty throughout the exhibition.ItisforbiddentodisplayVehicleswithLPGcombustionsystems.Furthermore,suchvehicleswillnotbeallowedinsidetheindoorparkingzones.

Emergency Evacuation Incaseofanemergency;PlatformExhibitionshastherighttoevacuatespecificareasortheentireexhibitionspacewiththehelpofthepoliceandthefiredepartment.ExhibitorsmustcomplywithPlatformExhibitionsdirectives(verballycommunicated and/or through public announcements) in case of an emergency.
