reasons, or for engaging in illegal activities, or forunacceptably low performance and for no otherreason.

Turnover at InventQjaya in the past year stands at

around 11%. As start ups go, this is low, especiallygiven the explosive rate of growth - from 0 to 144 inonly one years time.

As a reference point general industry turnover ratesare around 15% to 20%, and as high as 30% in thetechnology arena. These rates are often much higher instart ups.

What makes our low turnover even more impressiveis the fact that the terminated people were primarilyreceptionist level and temporary/contract workers.
