Tuesday 6.10-6.55pm Step with Kirsty A fat burning blast using a step platform and uplifting tunes, this cardio class will burn the calories. Tuesday 7.00-7.45pm Total Body Weight Training with Kirsty (P90X) P90X is total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. Your instructor can show you how to modify any move, and the group motivation will help you push past your plateaus. Tuesday 7.45-8.45pm Fitness Yoga with Kirsty A flowing sequence of dynamic yoga poses to increase strength, promote flexibility and balance the mind. Wednesday 6.30-7.00pm HIIT with Amanda Great results in a short time! A form of interval training combining short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism. Wednesday 7.05-7.35pm Absolute Abs with Amanda This conditioning class concentrates on the abdominal and back muscles to strengthen your core, resulting in great posture and a decreased risk of injury. Wednesday 7.45-8.30pm Disco Aerobics with Amanda A fun aerobics class with a disco feel. Turn off the lights and enjoy multi level achievable moves to fantastic music, this class is great for beginners through to the regular exercisers and gives great fat burning results. Thursday 6.30-7.15pm Knockout with Kirsty (Piloxing) Boxing drills and functional training combined with weighted gloves increase fitness and change body shapes. Thursday 7.20-8.05pm Stretch & Tone with Kirsty You’ll stretch and strengthen every muscle with moves inspired by the best of Pilates and yoga. It’s low-impact and when you’re done, you’ll feel that exhilarating glow that comes with doing something great for your body. Friday 6.15-7.00pm Barre Tone with Lesley A new ballet fitness class, blending body toning, postural and alignment work with flexibility to define and lengthen the muscles whilst achieving a graceful poise and a sense of well being. Sunday 9.45-10.45am Boot Camp with Amanda *6 week courses*An intense group exercise class. A challenging mix of cardiovascular, strength building and stretching exercises. This class will give you a complete body workout incorporating body weight, cardio fitness and fat burning exercises.
