The overhead values are taken in the order shown in the chart. Parity drive overhead is the first to be subtracted from Raw Capacity, then Unbound Drives, etc...
Until you arrive at your Checkpoints/Snaps. Checkpoints/Snaps % will appear not to match the Checkpoint/Snap reserve % that you selected. This occurs because
the Checkpoint/Snap reserve % that you selected is subtracted after other overhead. For example, you have 10TB of raw capacity, 7TB of usable capacity before
snaps and a 10% selected Checkpoint/Snap reserve. The 10% Checkpoint/Snap reserve that you selected will be 10% of 7TB, not 10% of your full raw capacity,
10TB. Right Sizing is a general formatting that makes disk appear the same even if they are from different manufacturers.
