EXECUTIVE ORDER D—234—10

Relating to Exemptions Under Section 27156of the California Vehicle Code

JET Performance ProductsJET Powr—Flo Throttle Body

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Air Resources Board by Section 27156 of the VehicleCode; and

Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by Section 39515 and Section 39516 ofthe Health and Safety Code and Executive Order G—14—012;

IT IS ORDERED AND RESOLVED: That the installation of the JET Powr—Flo Throttle Body,manufactured and marketed by JET Performance Products, 17491 Apex Circle, HuntingtonBeach, California 92647, has been found not to reduce the effectiveness of the applicablevehicle pollution control systems and, therefore, is exempt from the prohibitions of Section27156 of the Vehicle Code for the following vehicle applications listed in Exhibit A.

The JET Powr—Flo Throttle Body is a new stock replacement throttle body that has beenmodified with machined helical grooves on the inside port, prior to the throttle plate.Modification does not increase or decrease the amount of air that flows into the enginefrom its stock configuration. The throttle plate is replaced by a similar throttle plate with anengraved logo, the diameter has not changed. Installation requires the removal of thestock throttle body and replaced with the JET Powr—Flo Throttle Body. There are no useradjustments for proper installation and no sensors are moved or modified. No changesare made to the ECU calibration with installation.

This Executive Order is valid provided that the installation instructions for the JET Powr—Flo

Throttle Body will not recommend tuning the vehicle to specifications different from thosesubmitted by the device manufacturer. *

Changes made to the design or operating conditions of the JET Powr—Flo Throttle Body, asexempt by the Air Resources Board, which adversely affect the performance of the vehicle‘spollution control system shall invalidate this Executive Order.

This Executive Order shall not apply to any JET Powr—Flo Throttle Body advertised,

offered for sale, sold with, or installed on a new motor vehicle prior to or concurrent withtransfer to an ultimate purchaser.

Marketing of the JET Powr—Flo Throttle Body using any identification other than thatshown in this Executive Order or marketing of the JET Powr—Flo Throttle Body for anapplication other than those listed in this Executive Order shall be prohibited unless priorapproval is obtained from the Air Resources Board.

This Executive Order does not constitute any opinion as to the effect the use of the JET

Powr—Flo Throttle Body may have on any warranty either expressed or implied by thevehicle manufacturer.

This Executive Order is granted based on an engineering evaluation which determinedthat the JET Powr—Flo Throttle Body would not cause an adverse effect on emissions ofthe selected vehicles and on submitted On—Board Diagnostic II testing conducted onthree vehicles: 2015 model year 5.3L GMC Yukon, 2014 model year 5.7L Dodge Ram,and a 2014 model year 5.0L Ford F—150. The JET Powr—Flo Throttle Body wheninstalled on the test vehicles did not affect the vehicle‘s ability to perform its OBD IImonitoring.

The Air Resources Board reserves the right in the future to review this Executive Orderand the exemption provided herein to assure that the exempted add—on or modified partcontinues to meet the standards and procedures of Title 13, California Code ofRegulations, Section 2222, et seq.

THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CERTIFICATION,ACCREDITATION, APPROVAL, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ENDORSEMENT BY THEAIR RESOURCES BOARD OF ANY CLAIMS OF THE APPLICANT CONCERNINGANTI—POLLUTION BENEFITS OR ANY ALLEGED BENEFITS OF THE JET POWR—FLOTHROTTLE BODY.

No claim of any kind, such as "Approved by the Air Resources Board", may be madewith respect to the action taken herein in any advertising or other oral or writtencommunication.

Violation of any of the above conditions shall be grounds for revocation of this order.The order may be revoked only after a ten—day written notice of intention to revoke theorder, in which period the holder of the order may request in writing a hearing tocontest the proposed revocation. If a hearing is requested, it shall be held within tendays of receipt of the request and the order may not be revoked until a determination ismade after the hearing that grounds for revocation exist.
