Executive Wellness Club (EWC) is a methodical program which is designed to complement your busy work schedule, and includes:

Core Treatments

Detox Hydrotherapy Underwater massage that targets ten different zones, covering 20 parts of the body, which range from the soles of the feet to the shoulders.

Detox Seaweed Wrap Dry Float Rest on a floating water bed heated to 92°F for complete relaxation of mind and body.

Lymphatic Drainage with Cupping Cupping suction helps to open the lymph nodes to allow the powerful lymphatic system to carry and remove toxins from the body.

Sharko Shower High pressure jet of water for an extra strong massage over the guest’s body.

Aroma Steam Room Generally designed for relaxation and the restorative treatment of the body.

Kneipp Contrasting Therapy Contrasting therapy with four hydro alternations between heating and cooling for 15 seconds each.

Sauna It relaxes your muscles and improves the elasticity of tendons and ligaments at a soothing temperature of 160°F and an air humidity of 60%.

Complementary Treatments

Cryotherapy We shock the outer layer of your skin with extreme cold temperatures. It’s great way to loosen up your body, resolve painful issues, tighten pores and reduce puffiness and inflammation.

Float Therapy Water is heated to skin temperature and nearly saturated with Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate), providing buoyancy so you float more easily. Float therapy offers relief and both- physical and mental benefits.

Salt Room Therapy Completely natural treatment where dry salt aerosol is passively inhaled in a specially constructed salt room. Salt therapy has beneficial effect on skin and is also used to treat asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis, and respiratory tract diseases.

Venik Treatment Leafy, fragrant bundles of birch or oak tree twigs are used to give a massage in a dry sauna. It improves blood circulation and activities metabolism.

Thai Massage Ancient healing know-ledge of Thailand is amazing, and highly therapeutic — techniques incorporate stretching, palming, and focus on pressure point over the entire body.

The first step in your journey is to conduct an essential evaluation of your well-being and lifestyle to establish your profile and a treatment plan customized just for you. You will be appointed a personal wellness concierge, who will be in communication with you throughout the year.

1st Quarter

RejuvenationEstablish a relationship between you and your body.

Full Body Density Scan

First, you will pass through a diagnostic evaluation and testing which will reveal important information regarding body composition, fat, muscle mass, and bone density in order to determine the weight distribution throughout the body. The results of this body composition scan, along with other tests and evaluations, allow us to design a treatment plan which targets specific areas of the body by programming our core treatment — hydrotherapy, Sharko shower, invertible stretch chair massage, VelaShape, and cupping massage.

During the first quarter, you will visit Aria MediSpa on a biweekly basis. Each time, in rotation, you will go through selected body cleansing or relaxing treatments. However, you are encouraged to use spa amenities as often as possible at your leisure (included in the EWC program).

Initial Evaluation

Our experts will take a full assessment of your wellness condition, allergies and restrictions, eating habits and needs, and empower you to create new patterns that will nourish your body throughout your wellness transformation.

Nutritional Dinner with Overnight Stay

We offer a selection of tasty nutrient-rich, organic food following a bio-light food philosophy. Next you will be escorted to your own private luxury room where you will stay overnight prior to the 1-Day Rejuvenation.

1-Day Rejuvenation

Includes a combination of spa treatments and wellness hydrotherapy procedures that focus on eliminating toxins, assimilating nutrients, increasing energy levels, and rebalancing body energy flow. The first benefit of this rejuvenation program is enhanced beauty. You will immediately feel bright and radiant from the inside out.

In the second quarter you will undergo the total transforma-tion — inside and out. The first step in the second quarter is the 3-Day Comprehensive Detox Program — our intense cleansing program designed to give you a total body reset, eliminate built-up toxins, and help you lose weight. This program can range anywhere from 3 days to 14 days.

2nd Quarter

TransformationReset, readjust, and refocus.

After completion of the Detox Program, you will visit Aria MediSpa on a biweekly basis to continue the body detoxification process through our core treatments. In the second quarter, you will meet with the nutritionist and your personal coach to establish a tailor-made plan that will inspire you to maintain vitality in body, mind, and spirit.

Advanced Detox is based on the concept of organic detoxification and deep cleans-ing of the body to free it of residue that accumulates both naturally and as a result of an irregular lifestyle and diet. These programs are available at additional price.

In the third quarter, we will focus on destroying stubborn fat deposits in the body. We use FDA-approved technology along with effective spa hydrotherapy treatments to conduct three Total Body Design sessions with intervals of two weeks. These comfortable treatments will contour and firm up the body.

If you decide to cancel your Executive Wellness Club membership, you will be responsible for covering the price difference between the reduced member price and the full price service or treatment.
