Series 2: Ongoing ProgramsTransformational BreathingWhat we do is collaborate strategise and customise an approach for your organisation

• 10 x 1 hr classes over two consecutive weeks• Early morning• Taught outdoors• Increases Performance• Increases Energy-Mental-Physical focus• Positive for Team Building• Suits all levels of fitness• No eating prior to class

The Transformational Breathing Program™ is taught over two consecutive weeks, from Monday to Friday. For the best benefits to be gained the programs are scheduled first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This promotes efficient functioning of the digestive system.

The participants are individually monitored with the breathing and exercise system and progressed through the step-by-step program to experience the more challenging aspects.

Once the program is complete participants are assessed again to ascertain progress.

Yoga• Onsite Yoga Program• 10x weekly, 45-60 minute• Suitable for all levels• Before work, lunch time or after work

Yoga is a tool that has been used for thousands of years, to open the body and mind, bringing transformation.

Practiced regularly it will correct and strengthen the individual on a physical and psychological level, slow the aging process, align the posture, improve skin and muscle tone and overall wellbeing. The classes incorporate a series of progressive more dynamic, flowing postures, giving individuals the opportunity to build strength, flexibility and stamina improving overall performance.

The program is progressive, suited for individuals with some or no previous experience.

Please note: classes can be modified for individuals and a softer yoga can be offered.

Pilates• Onsite Mat Pilates

• 10x weekly, 45-60 minute

• Suitable for all levels

• Before work, lunch time or after work

Pilates is a method of physical and mental conditioning. A method is a means used to attain an end - the

conditioning of the mind and body into a fused state of readiness.

Developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates, he originally called his method Contrology - the complete co-ordination

of body and mind. Pilates focuses on building core strength and body awareness. This is helpful in correcting

weaknesses in the body. Pilates was designed for injured dancers with rigorous routines to recover and continue

performing.

The program is ideal for individuals seeking to realign, improving sports rehabilitation and strengthen core

conditioning. It is now available for everyone.

Mindfulness-Meditation• Mindfulness-Meditation Program

• 8x weekly, 45-60 minute class

• Suitable for all experiences

• Before work, lunch time or after work

Mindfulness is about being in the present. It greatly benefits reducing anxiety, depression and effective behavioural patterns in wellbeing, communication and decision-making.

Meditation is a key to improving individuals stress management, health and vitality from within. To enhancing relationships and wellbeing, to increase performance in sport and business, personal growth, to transform pain and assist in healing. Techniques taught are based on stilling the thought waves and creating mental awareness, clarity and inner peace. Most individuals notice their mind can be very busy, which can make it challenging to focus and often keeps them agitated wake at night and can cause mental/physical exhaustion.

We deliver a variety of mindfulness-mediation techniques because each person filters life differently. This allows each participant throughout the 8x week program to find a technique, or techniques, that suits and helps them achieve a still mind.

Through mindfulness-meditation, individuals connect with their self on a deep level, reawakening the intuition,

higher self or inner wisdom and experience. Greater energy in the mind improves memory, cultivates calmness,

focus and overall wellbeing.

Outdoor Group FitnessThe Group Fitness program offers a strong focus on core stability and general fitness, perfect for anyone wanting to get back into exercise or who wants to take there training to the next level.

The program trainer will incorporate the following into the specially designed sessions:

• Cross-training

• Free weights

• Kettle bells

• Strength and conditioning

• Cardio

• Core conditioning

• Fitness assessment

Series 3: RetreatsRetreats offer the opportunity for leaders and staff to immerse fully in a process to activate success strategies and new behavioursExecutive Wellbeing collaborate with clients to develop customised off-site retreats locally, interstate or internationally.

We are creatures of habit and it takes time to process and implement new behaviours, skills and concepts into day-to-day situations. By experiencing a new environment, the senses and brain are stimulated and the openness for individuals to learn and activate creativity and implement new information is at its ripest. The brain starts to rewire in this learning environment.

Planning a measurable Corporate Success strategy after a retreat or workshop is essential to maximise the benefits of new information and techniques learned to experience true cultural change.
