Eliot Rosenfield Executive Vice President of Merchandising Burlington Stores Eliot Rosenfield has served as Executive Vice President of Merchandising since April 2019. Eliot joined Burlington in 2010 as our Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager and oversaw various product categories. In January 2017, he became the Executive Vice President of Planning & Allocation and Merchandise Information Operations. Before joining Burlington, Eliot held a variety of positions at Macy’s between 2006 and 2010 including Regional Vice President of stores. Between 1988 and 2006, Eliot held positions in the Merchandising organization of the May Department Stores’ Filene’s division. Eliot graduated Boston University with a business degree; he is married and has two daughters.
