Understanding the Teacher’s Priority Report This report appears as the first report to a teacher upon his/her login to www.istation.com . It immediately groups students by skill weakness, thus assisting in small group structure. This report also provides Teacher directed lessons to use in small group instruction for remediation. This report should be viewed no less than weekly by the teacher when building lesson plans. This report will assist in informing instruction on skills to address during small groups. Priority The Priority Report alerts teachers of students needing additional support & provides lessons based on demonstrated weaknesses. This report should be viewed no less than weekly by the teacher when building lesson plans. This report will assist in informing instruction on skills to address during small groups. Priority Summary The Priority Summary Report, available to manager level users only, summarizes the use of the Priority Report by averaging of how many days it has taken to acknowledge student alerts on the Priority Report. This report is very beneficial to leadership if the teacher’s are being encouraged to use the istation Priority Report to document intervention for RTI purposes. Student Summary Handouts The Student Summary Handouts provides student performance data from the most recently completed ISIP assessment. The information on this report is placed on a ONE PAGE document for convenience to share with parents or in meetings regarding one particular student. All student Skill Growth reports are placed on one report to visually track individual student growth over time. This report should be viewed monthly, and can be used during parent/teacher conferences, ARDs, committee meetings, etc.

ISIP Summary The ISIP Summary Report shows the number and percentage of students at each instructional tier for the current month.

This report should be viewed at least monthly after each ISIP assessment administration.

Check this report as often as students are assessing. If they assess each month, then check to see their tier level each month in order to address intervention needs.

PriorityThe Priority Report alerts teachers of students needing additional support & provides lessons based on demonstrated weaknesses.

This report should be viewed no less than weekly by the teacher when building lesson plans. This report will assist in informing instruction on skills to address during small groups.

Check this report as often as students are logging onto istation (weekly or monthly will depend). This report reflects ALL needs for intervention along with the lessons, so this is your Response to Intervention (RTI) aligned report.

The information on this report is placed on a ONE PAGE document for convenience to share with parents or in meetings regarding one particular student. All student Skill Growth reports are placed on one report to visually track individual student growth over time.

This report should be viewed monthly, and can be used during parent/teacher conferences, ARDs, committee meetings, etc.

Use this report to share growth with students and parents, as well as, cumulative folders or report card accompaniments. These visual reports help explain the trajectory of growth, as well as, give you a Grade Level Equivalency, Percentile Rank, and Tier level.
