Following these will be the type of business organization the company belongs to, the organizational structure of the company, the specifications of employees needed to be hired. The rules and regulations portion comes next after this with the administrative expense ending this section. Marketing Aspect The content of marketing aspect begins at the description of the industry the company belongs and identifying its key competitors. The market segmentation is discussed afterwards followed by the market analysis comprising of the demand analysis, supply analysis, and determination of the market share. This aspect will also present the company’s strategy on making its product known by customers. Technical Aspect This section will be expounding the details of the operational strategy of the organization. Starting this will be the presentation of the product through its description, properties, and its packaging design. Coming after this would be the manufacturing processes involved, identification of production capacity and production schedule, raw materials and their costs, the mark-up and selling price, the machines needed for the execution of the processes, the plant location and the layout. The structural and renovation cost and the utilities expense would be tackled at the end of this facet of the business.

to the economy, to employment, and to the environment.
