Initially founded in Pennsylvania, USA to manufacture anti-riot suits for local police, EDI-USA has grown to manufacture over 3,700 law enforcement & tactical products. EDI’s staff works daily to create, design, and produce tactical gear to help law enforcement personnel succeed.

Our heart is riot gear. We have perfected the design of crowd control equipment and manufacture some of the world’s strongest riot shields, riot helmets and riot suits. Eventually moving into body armor, EDI-USA manufactures ballistic helmets, bullet-resistant vests and ballistic shields, as well as other duty gear including handcuffs & restraints and tactical accessories. All of our items are constantly being updated to adapt to today’s surroundings, and we actively seek suggestions and product comments from the users we serve.

ID Badges. EDI’s custom-made law enforce-ment and security ID badges are strong and durable. Badg-es are custom made to includ-ing logos, words, outer moulds, colors, and finishes. All badges can be completed with custom numbering and serial numbers for identification and security purposes.

All badge holders can be manufactured in genuine or synthetic leather. Holders are available to be placed around the user’s neck, on the belt, or in a pocket wallet. Custom holders are available to include writing or embossing.

The back of all badges can include a secure pin / clip, or can be finished smooth for insertion in a smooth holster.
