    Ordered further, That at 12 noon, notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, the Senate vote on the

    motion to invoke cloture on the Simington nomination.

    Ordered further, That the Senate recess following the cloture vote on the Simington nomination until

    2:15 p.m, to allow for the weekly conference meetings.

    Ordered further, That at 4 p.m., the post-cloture time with respect to the nomination of Stephen Sidney

    Schwartz, of Virginia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims for a term of fifteen years and

    the Siminigton nomination expire, and the Senate vote on confirmation of the nominations in the order listed.

    Ordered further, That if any of the nominations are confirmed, the motions to reconsider be considered
