Ordered, That at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the following

nominations on the Executive Calendar: Tanya Walton Pratt, of Indiana, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Indiana, Brian Anthony Jackson, of Louisiana, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Louisiana, and Elizabeth Erny Foote, of Louisiana, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Louisiana. Ordered further, That they be debated concurrently for a total of 20 minutes, with time equally divided and controlled

between the Senator from Vermont (Mr. Leahy) and the Senator from Alabama (Mr. Sessions), or their designees; that upon the use or yeilding back of time, the Senate proceed to vote on the confirmation of the nominations, in the order listed; that after the first vote, the succeeding votes be limited to 10 minutes each; that upon confirmation, the motion to reconsider be made and laid on the table, the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume legislative session.
