session and resume consideration of the nomination of Jelena McWilliams, of Ohio, to be Chairperson of the Board

of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of five years and Jelena McWilliams, of Ohio,

to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of six years.

Ordered further, That at 12 noon, notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, all post-cloture time on

the McWilliams nominations be considered expired.

Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of James Randolph

Evans, of Georgia, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to

Luxembourg, the mandatory quorum required under Rule XXII be waived.

Ordered further, That if cloture is invoked on the Evans nomination, the time until 1:45 p.m. be equally

divided in the usual form and at 1:45 p.m. the Senate vote on the nomination.

Ordered further, That if any of the nominations are confirmed, the motions to reconsider be considered
