Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Thursday, May 21, 2020, the Senate proceed to executive

session to consider the nomination of John L. Ratcliffe, of Texas, to be Director of National Intelligence.

Ordered further, That at 12 noon, the Senate vote on confirmation of the Ratcliffe nomination.

Ordered further, That following disposition of the Ratcliffe nomination, the Senate resume

consideration of the nomination of John Leonard Badalamenti, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for

the Middle District of Florida.

Ordered further, That at 1:30 p.m., notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, the cloture vote with

respect to the Badalamenti nomination occur.

Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on the Badalamenti nomination, the

mandatory quorum call required under Rule XXII be waived.

Ordered further, That if cloture is invoked on the Badalamenti nomination, the post-cloture time be

deemed expired and the confirmation vote occur at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020.

Ordered further, That if either of the nominations are confirmed, the motions to reconsider be

considered made and laid upon the table and the President be immediately notified of the Senate’s actions.
