Currently in the construction drawing phase, The Producers offers 10 Arizona Wineries with turn-key open tasting rooms. Each open tasting room will be designed as a vignette that celebrates Arizona Viticulture and the historical fabric of each wineries respective community.

With +4 million cars driving past the site each year and no wineries in Sedona a tasting room at The Collective will give your winery an amazing opportunity to substantially increase brand awareness and add wine club members with a nominal cash outlay and low monthly overhead.

The rental rate for each space is ±$1,000 per month plus CAM charges of ±$240. The spaces are configured as an “L” or “U” bar with 20+ feet of bar space, centralized dishwashing and storage.
