Distribution List Naming

DLs in Exchange 5.5 will be converted to UDGs or universal mail-enabled groups

Distribution lists as used by Exchange 5.5 can only contain 20 characters or will be truncated by the ADC in the AD

Truncation creates a problem in uniqueness with long DLs

Rename these groups per the naming standards document P2K-06892 Define Naming Standards.

Resource Mailboxes

Two mailboxes in Exchange 5.5 mapped to one Windows NT account now become two separate mailbox-enabled user objects in AD

NTDSNoMatch finds mailboxes with multiple user accounts and user accounts with multiple mailboxes

Shared mailboxes will need to be assigned a dedicated user account prior to the ADC CA implementation

RCs need to be collapsed for manageable ADC CAs

RCs should contain like items
