The Caboolture Hub means business with a range of meeting, conference and training options for your organisation.
Accommodating functions of up to 200 people, the Caboolture Hub has 18 dedicated spaces available with everything from the latest audio-visual technology and wireless internet facilities, to an array of catering options to suit every requirement.
The purpose built Conference Room is a versatile area for up to 200 delegates with unobstructed viewing of four interlinked projectors and screens.
For seminars or meetings of up to 50 people, the Caboolture Hub offers four Seminar Rooms with all the latest audio visual equipment for professional presentations.
For smaller functions, the Boardroom is a private and fully appointed space for up to 20 executives with access to the Business Lounge.
With numerous other meeting rooms and dedicated computer labs, the facility also makes training and workshopping simple and helps to create a one-stop-shop for skills development.
For casual occasions or as an exclusive breakout space for VIPs, the Terrace is a stunning area in which to impress guests.
The Caboolture Hub also offers various creative spaces including an artists Studio Workshop, a fully equipped Recording Studio and The Vault performance space.

Conference room (up to 200 people)Ideal for conferences and forums. Features: four interlinked projectors, automatic screens, microphones and sound system, internet, lectern, whiteboard and hearing loop.
Seminar rooms (up to 50 people)Four rooms available featuring: ceiling mounted projectors, automatic screens, microphone and sound system, internet, whiteboard and hearing loop.
Tech training room (up to 18 people) Perfect for computer literacy classes and software skilling workshops. Features: spacious and modern facilities, 18 Microsoft computers, projector, screen, internet and whiteboard.
The Terrace (up to 50 people) An open air, undercover venue for networking, wine and cheese events and social functions.
Features: views of Caboolture city centre and the Glass House Mountains.
Meeting rooms (up to 15 people)These meeting rooms are ideal for staff training, monthly meetings, presentations and strategic planning sessions.
Features: projectors, screens, internet and whiteboard.
Tech Lab 2 (up to 12 people)Features: 12 x computers with design software, projector, screen, whiteboard and internet.
Business pods (2 - 4 people)Three rooms available featuring a table and chairs suitable for interviews and small task meetings. Also includes whiteboard and internet.
The Boardroom (up to 20 people) Perfect for a professional meeting with your team and clients. Features: ceiling mounted projector, sound system, internet, teleconferencing, whiteboard, hearing loop, lounge area and private kitchenette.

The Caboolture Hub offers an all-inclusive Conference Package to make the task of booking conferences, forums, conventions and symposiums a simple, stress-free process. Packages are available for half day or full day hire, with catering and many complimentary inclusions.
Full Day PackageEnjoy full day usage of the Conference Room while treating your guests to continual fresh coffee and variety of regular and herbal teas, your selection of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea from our delicious range of catering, plus fresh seasonal fruits and iced juices. Optional extras are available to impress your guest, such as healthy platters and cheese platters.
Half Day PackageThe half day package includes up to 4 hours of morning or afternoon usage of the Conference Room, along with continual tea and coffee, lunch of freshly made sandwiches, wrap and rolls, seasonal fruit, iced juices and either morning or afternoon tea of your selection.
Dietary requirements can be catered to upon request. The Caboolture Hub’s standard Conference Package is based on an 80 person minimum but personalised packages can easily be created to suit bookings of any size.
