Excellent Adaptation at Critical Class II StepsFrom matrix system to bulk fill flowable to universal composite,
Dentsply Sirona Restorative provides the only complete solution with excellent adaptation, at critical steps of a Class II restoration.
Palodent Plus matrix system adapts both materials to a
natural tooth shape through tight contacts
SDR flow+ material adapts to the floor of the proximal box and to the matrix band around it
TPH Spectra ST Composite adapts to the cavity and
to the SDR flow+ material beneath it

These three products are part of the Class II Total Practice Solution, offering an effective way to protect the most vulnerable interface and operate
efficiently when completing the esthetics of a Class II restoration.
Palodent® PlusSectional Matrix System
SDR® flow+Bulk Fill Flowable
TPH Spectra® STUniversal Composite Restorative
Adapts to the natural shape of the tooth and provides anatomically correct contacts
• Predictable tight contacts
• Tight gingival seal
• Less flash, less finishing
• Easy-To-Use system
Adapts to the cavity floor and the matrix band and provides excellent self-leveling
• Self-leveling for excellent cavity adaptation
• Significantly less shrinkage stress
• Simple, fast, and efficient placement
• Save up to 40% in placement time
Adapts to the shape of the cavity walls, the composite, specifically SDR flow+ material, and the dentists’ sculpting techniques.
• Combines adaptive consistency with excellent slump resistance and easy sculptability
• Distinct chameleon effect covers the full VITA® range with only five shades.
THE CLASS II ADAPTATION SOLUTION
Restoring proper interproximal contact and contour is a critical factor in the success of a Class II restoration.
An open, or improperly placed or shaped interproximal contact can result in:
• Fracture
• Food impaction
• Periodontal inflammation
• Recurrent caries
The way a material handles has a big impact on its ability to adapt to the prepared surface.
If the restorative material is unable to take on the shape of the cavity preparation, unfilled areas or voids can occur, which may result in:
• Post-op sensitivity
• Discoloration
• Recurrent caries
The ease of creating natural esthetics and occlusal anatomy is directly related to sculptability, stickiness and shade matching.
Drawbacks in material properties can lead to:
• Additional adaptation effort
• Prolonged placement and sculpting
• Additional finishing and polishing efforts
• Poor esthetic outcomes
