WHO WE AREPolaris Engineering specialises in the provision of quality

fabrication services including structural steel, platework,

pipework and spooling, as well as rotable maintenance

services on mechanical equipment and associated

steelwork. We have forged a strategic alliance with an

offshore fabrication group to enhance our capabilities

for any project needs, regardless of size, thus enabling us

the ability to accommodate even the largest of projects,

with all aspects of Project Schedule, Quality Control

and Logistics managed in-house by our experienced

management team.

Our People

Polaris Engineering has invested in a first class 24,800m² fabrication facility located close to major transport links in the Australian Marine Complex in Henderson, just south of Perth and close to Fremantle.

2,500m² of enclosed workshops with overhead cranes

1,600m² under external gantry cranes

17,500m² open assembly/lay down area

1,000m² enclosed painting/sand blasting facility

Five 10 tonne overhead cranes (8.5m under hook)

Two 5 tonne overhead cranes

and operated by our professional,

experienced and well trained personnel.

Our experienced management team have an in-depth

knowledge of quality systems and processes including an

inhouse Internationally qualified welding inspector. Our

QA/QC processes are backed up by consistent inspections,

audits to our workshop, our subcontractors and suppliers.

All inspections are carried out in accordance with project

specifications, ITP’s and relevant standards. We believe that

by maintaining good communication with the client and

our suppliers at all times, we will ensure the message of the

projects quality requirements is delivered and adhered too.

As a dynamic company, quality is a direct result of efforts

put into your project, up front. Quality management and

requirements are in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 3834.

All quality management system and procedures are performed

internally with a bi-annual NATA approved third party audit.

Testing is performed by NATA approved third parties.

Polaris Engineering quality approach is defined by our commitment to the highest standards and as such we hold a third party ISO 9001 accreditation.
