LT Panels

Supply , erection , testing and commissioning of cubicle floor mounting type distribution

panels fabricated in standard sections comprising of TPN Aluminium busbars of suitable

current rating for main and interconnecting busbars with busbars of equal size in all

phases with Full the size of phase as neutral made out of 2mm thick sheet steel for load

bearing mebers and 1.6mm thick sheet steel for non load bearing members, reinforced

angle iron frame work equipped with busbar chambers and cable chamber. The panel

shall be designed for IP42 unless otherwise specified. The power control centre shall

comprise incoming and outgoing air circuit breakers / MCCBs as given below

including all accessories like fuses interlocks etc. The incoming ACB shall be designed

for busduct entry. The incoming / outgoing ACB / MCCB shall be suitable for bottom

/ top entry only. All outgoing feeders shall be suitable for connecting GI armoured cable

and with suitable gland plate of removable type . The distribution panel shall be complete

with earthing feeder identification markers, cable identifications, danger caution boards ,

floor mounting channels .The complete board shall be manufactured as per the

standard practice & shall meet the requirements of Local CEIG and other relevant

authorities . The rate shall be for the complete board including supply of all components ,

hardwares etc. including all connected civil works & as per specifications. Nos 1

Microprocessor based protection release with adjustable over load, adjustable short

circuit with adjustable time delay, instantaneous short circuit ( >15 In), adustable earth

fault with adjustable time delay protection, external CT for earth fault protection. Motor /

closing coil / shunt trip coil shall be 230V AC. Under voltage coil shall be 415V/220V AC, safety

shutter & door interlock shall be provided.
