Examview Test Generator (for Envision Math)

1. Locate Examiew Test Generator from the Start Menu

2. Choose Create a new test using a wizard

3. Name your test

4. In the window click the “Up one level” icon until a file list appears (1 or 2 clicks); then

scroll to the Examview Mathmatics folder and double-click on it.

5. Double-click on the Banks folder, then double-click on EnVisionMath.

6. Click through the list, chosing your grade level, language (English or Spanish) and Topic

or Topics (you may choose more than one). Then click Next.

7. In the next window, choose the types of questions by typing a numeral into the table.

You can see how many of each question type are available and must make your

selections accordingly. Then click Next.

8. A summary page will appear. You may click Finish to generate the text or click Back to

change your selections.

9. Read the box that opens to learn about translating the text into Spanish.

10. The menu bar at the top of the page give you lots of options. Dropdowns and pop-ups

explain their function if you are interested in formatting your test a different way.

11. To save the test, go to the File Menu and choose Save As

Then follow the directions below.

12. To Print the test, click the print icon or go to the File menu and choose Print.
