Proof of Residency Documents

Please submit a copy of your Massachusetts driver’s license as proof of Massachusetts residency.

Lease Agreements

Lease Agreements vary in appearance depending on the dealership and the automaker. However, each lease agreement should identify the following:

parties to the agreement

description of the leased vehicle

monthly payments

vehicle warranties

termination conditions

signature of the lessee and the lessor
