Hempcrete filling on walls, roof and plaster with lime
Hempcrete
A fluffy mix made with hemp shivs and binder usually lime, clay, brick dust etc. This hempcrete mix is filled between two shuttering and tamped, compact the mix. Shuttering is removed and let to dry for 2-3 months and then they can be finished and furnished.
Walls, roofs and floors can be insulated with hempcrete. A timber, bamboo or steel frame is errected with hempcrete as an in-fill.
The strength and flexibility along with its thermal properties are one of the most efficient compared to all other building materials.
