Exclusions Routine maintenance, periodical checks and adjustments as well as normal consumable

items such as oil, air and fuel filter.

The replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear (tires, spark plugs, wiperblades, HT leads, filters, lights and bulbs, fuses and relays, belts, wiring looms, glow plugs,shock absorbers).

All body work and trim, seat belts, glass, sunroof panels, fuel tank, wheels and tires, brakefacings and seized calipers.

Airbags (although Airbag sensors are covered).

Exhaust systems, brackets, hoses, water ingress, pipes, cables and leaking or worn outseals and cylinders.

Battery, wire harness, in car entertainment, navigation and communication systems,accessories, audio system.

NGV Conversions.

Components which have failed as a result of correct oil levels NOT being maintained.

Failure due to wear and tear.

Expenses not specifically provided for in the warranty especially as a consequence ofthe vehicle being undriveable, e.g. loss of use, income and any form of depreciation.

Peugeot Service Requirement

Vehicle must be serviced every10,000 km/ 6 months, whichevercomes first.

There is an allowance of 500 km or 14days either side of the recommendedservice interval.

Why did you introduce the 5 Year Warranty?

The 5 year warranty is a measure of our confidence in thequality and reliability of all our vehicles. It's also a measure ofthe value we place on maintaining long term relationships withour customers. We want to ensure that once you've chosen aPeugeot, you just enjoy the drive and well take care of the

rest.

Is this a manufacturer warranty for the whole five years?Peugeot offers a 3 year or 100,000km warranty. However, weat Nasim have further backed this with an extended warranty

plan of 2 years, and removed the cap for mileage. Hence yournew warranty is 5 years with unlimited mileage. Rest assured, acustomer claiming in year one will go through the sameprocess that he or she would in year 4 & 5.*3 Years Manufacturer Warranty + 2 Year Extended Warranty

Is it really unlimited mileage? Are there any restrictions?Yes, the mileage is unlimited. Provided your claim is within the warrantyperiod of 5 years and all terms and conditions are fulfilled.

Something is faulty on my vehicle. Is it covered under warranty?Please contact the nearest authorized Peugeot Service Center for anappointment. They will inspect your vehicle to confirm if the fault is

covered under warranty.

Are wear and tear items included?The warranty is a comprehensive cover for manufacturingdefects. Excluding wear and tear.

Is the warranty transferable?Yes, provided the vehicle is within the 5 year coverage periodat the time of the sale. The remaining coverage is transferred tothe new owner. However, this is subject to all servicingschedules having been carried out at the recommended

intervals. The warranty follows the vehicle, not the owner.

Do I have to service my Peugeot at authorized PeugeotService Centers?Yes. The warranty terms & conditions states that the vehiclemust be serviced and repaired by the standards set byPeugeot. Vehicles must also be serviced in accordancewith specified service schedules. Failure to adhere to the

above will or may result in your vehicles warranty beingnull and void.

I have missed one of my scheduled services. Whathappens now?

If the service is not carried out in accordance to theservice schedule, the vehicles warranty will be deemednull and void.

Provided you own a Peugeot, you are covered by lifetime

Peugeot 24 Hour Assistance. For assistance, just call 1-800-88-

6292. Please note that the program only covers the car, not the

owner.Hence, this coverage would not cover for any other brand of

vehicle you own.

My car has broken down, what should I do?Contact the Peugeot Careline at 1-800-88-6292.

Your vehicle will be towed to the nearest Peugeot authorized

service center.
