What can Evolution display?

Perfectly display impulse buy and ‘Grab &

Go’ hot foods such as Pies, Sandwiches, Hot

Rolls, Soup and Pizza Slices in independently

controlled temperature zones. The

temperature of pre heated food is held

between 65°C – 95°C.

Ambient units are also available to display

complementary products.

• Performance level M1 (-1°C to +5°C) in Climate class 3 (25°C- 60% Relative Humidity. 0.2m/s wind speed)

• Microprocessor based temperature control with automatic defrost and condensate handling system, for trouble free operation

• Enhanced specification LED illumination to each shelf

• Double glazed eco gas filled thermo glass panels

• Three height adjustable 8mm toughened glass shelves can be inclined by 10° if required

• Stainless steel removable recessed well for service access and cleaning

• Supplied on four low level castors with two brakes

• 900 & 1200mm models feature sliding double glazed rear doors and 600mm models feature a hinged door

• 900 & 1200mm models are rear vented 600mm units are through vented

Why does Evolution look so good?

The Evolution range has been designed to

maximise performance at the same time as

offering an aesthetically pleasing suite of

displays that can coordinate with any

backdrop.

Standing 1350mm tall, it is the ideal height

to ensure staff can make eye contact with

customers without obstruction. The slender

black border perfectly frames the contents

whilst LED lighting helps to optimise food

display.

How does Evolution perform?

The glass panels on Evolution refrigerated

cabinets are injected with Argon gas,

designed to stop condensation and heat

transfer, allowing hot and cold units to be

placed side-by-side.

The inclusion of a Transerv compressor

removes the need for unsightly grills to the

front of the unit.*
