When done go to:1. Save as:2. Other Formats, last option on bottom3. Change File Name to Your Period-Name-My Favorites4. Change Save as Type to JPEG5. When Asked if Want to Export Every Slide…it’s asking if you want to save

every slide in the presentation. You only want the slide you’re working on. Make sure you’re on the second slide and hit current slide only button.

6. Save it in Your H Drive7. Place it in Your Evidence of Completion.
