(2 John 1:9-10) Whoever transgresses and does

not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of

Christ has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine,

do not receive him into your house nor greet him; (NKJV)

Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.

Our doctrine MUST be God’s doctrine.

(Ephesians 4:14) that we should no longer be

children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men,

in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, (NKJV)


(1 Timothy 1:3) As I urged you when I went into Macedonia--remain in Ephesus that you may charge some that they teach no other doctrine,

(1 Peter 4:11) If anyone speaks, let him speak as

the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be

glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the

dominion forever and ever. Amen. (NKJV)

Our doctrine MUST NOT change.

lesbians for all roles in ministry, despite pressure from fellow Anglicans worldwide for a decisive moratorium on consecrating

another openly gay bishop.”

“Bishops at the Episcopal General Convention in Anaheim, Calif., voted 99-45 with two

abstentions for a statement declaring "God has called and may call" to ministry gays in

committed lifelong relationships.– Associated Press


Changes for Political (Not Scriptural) Reasons:

“Leaders of the Anglican Communion have been pushing Episcopalians to roll back their

support for gays and lesbians since 2003, when the U.S. denomination consecrated the first openly gay bishop, V. Gene Robinson of New

Hampshire.” – Associated Press


(2 Timothy 4:3-4) For the time will come when they

will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have

itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the

truth, and be turned aside to fables. (NKJV)


Why? It is NOT OURS TO CHANGE!

(John 7:16) Jesus answered them and said, "My doctrine is not Mine, but His

who sent Me. (NKJV)

If we change our doctrine…

(1 John 2:4-6) He who says, "I know Him," and

does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in

him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we

are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk

just as He walked. (NKJV)

Do Not Be Ashamed of Bible Doctrine!

(2 Timothy 4:1-4) I charge you therefore before God and the Lord
