The Veterans Breakfast Club is holding a special fundraiser called “Their Stories, Our History”: An Evening Honoring Our Region’s Veterans. The
event will celebrate the opening of our Western Penn-sylvania Veterans Archive, which contains the hun-dreds of veterans’ stories we’ve collected over the
past six years.
Please consider joining us at this fundraiser to sup-port our effort to capture, share, and preserve veter-
ans’ stories, our history.
Tickets: You can purchase tickets through Showclix (1-888-718-4253 or showclix.com/event/
veteransbreakfastclub) or by sending a check made out to Veterans Breakfast Club to 200 Magnolia Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15228. Please include the

“The memory of the righteous will be a blessing.” Proverbs 10:7 (NIV) This service will honor the memory of those who served their nation. A Memorial service allows for the com-
munity to come together and give thanks, to pass onto our children the knowledge of the sacrifice that was made for them, and to teach youth how to say “thank you” to those who have served. A service such as this can
create new traditions that families and communities can uphold together and remind everyone to be grateful for the freedom and riches for which we have been blessed.
