FOOD & BEVERAGE INFORMATION
SERVICE CHARGE:
Currently, all food and beverage are subject to a 25% Service Charge and 8.875% Sales Tax.
All meeting room rental fees are subject to a 25% Service Charge and 8.875% Sales Tax. Of
the 25% Service Charge applied, 15.15% is distributed as gratuity to Servers and Bartenders
who served your function; 9.85% of the Service Charge is used by the Hotel to offset
administrative expenses associated with your function. The 25% Service Charge on room rental
fees, when food and beverage is not contracted for, is not a gratuity and is fully applied to the
hotel. All other NY and NYC taxes will be collected as mandated by the state and city, and are
subject to change.
FOOD & BEVERAGE REQUIREMENTS:
A 25 person minimum is required for all buffets and coffee breaks
A $250 Labor Fee will apply to all buffets and coffee breaks for Groups less than 25 guests
Station Attendants are $285 each for two hours, staffed 1 per 50 guests
A Sushi Chef is $350 each and a Sushi Attendant is $295 each
Bartenders are $285 for up to three hours, staffed 1 per 100 guests
A $55 Overtime Labor Charge per Server per hour will be applied for Functions extending
beyond the Service Time

Continental Breakfast Functions are 2 Hours
Luncheon Functions are 2 ½ Hours
Receptions are 2 Hours
Dinner Functions are 3 ½ Hours
