1. Cancellation Policy: a. Payment Terms: 50% deposit is required at least 7 working days before event date, balance payment is payable via COD on the event day
b. Upon cancellation of event made by the client in less than 5 working days, 100% of the down payment will be forfeited to The Coffee Academïcs
2. The Coffee Academïcs reserves the right of all final decisions in case of any disputes 3. Confirmation has to be made at least 2 weeks in advance
4. All prices are subject to 7% GST
