• At arrival tea coffee welcome can be served.• Hi bar tea service for convenience. • Starters on the go as invites settle down
• For drivers + security guards packed snacks should be served in the parking area
• Wash rooms will be made available at parking area
Security & safety • All elements at the side can be used or we can provide the
same• Security :- security personnel at the entry and exit point, also
at the parking area all major areas to be manned• Ambulance:- equipped with medical facilities doctor , nurse to
be parked next to the venue.• Fire brigade vehicle• Fire extinguisher to be placed all over the venue • Emergency exit to be well defined
• Ground clearing:- 2 days before the setup starts
• Event setup:- 4 to 5 days duration• Complete event ready by 8th June 2012.• Dry run 9th June• Overview• Complete event ready-6 days before the event
