2X Promotions recognizes the hard work and long hours you’ve put into reaching the Midwest Regional Championship, and because of that, we’ve put together this event information packet to make your experience and time go as smoothly as possible while at this event.

Inside this packet, you will find COVID Protocols, practice times, registration rules, fee breakdowns, local hotels, as well as a track map. In addition, 2X Promotions will have real-time race results for your review at http://2xlive.com/.

Registration Procedures

Riders can enter multiple classes at the Regional. However, a rider is limited to only two classes at the National. Thus, if a rider qualifies in more than two classes, he will have to declare which two classes he will compete in at the National. All riders, including minors, MUST check in at registration. You will need your transponder number and your last 4 of your bike vin, and per COVID regulations, we will screen the temperature of every rider. See pg 14 for more information regarding COVID protocols.

At registration, the rider and/or rider’s parents or guardian shall:

● Get transponder (if supplying your own, make sure you bring it to registration). ● Register for the appropriate classes. ● Sign all entry, insurance, and liability release forms. ● Obtain practice stickers.

If a rider is in two classes and the practice sessions for those classes are run together, or the rider is in back-to-back practice sessions, he may request to practice with a different group for his second class. Otherwise, riders may not practice with classes in which they are not qualified.

Practice is for registered participants for Loretta Lynn Regional only.

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND CHECKED IN AT REGISTRATION WITH TRANSPONDER MOUNTED ON YOUR BIKE, PRIOR TO PRACTICE - MXSPORTS RULE - NO EXCEPTIONS

This is not an open practice. Racers cannot practice with a group in which they did not register to race in.

Friday Practice: 9:00am – 2:00pm $30/group: Practice order and detailed information will be available at the track Each group will receive (2) 15 min sessions.

● Riders must clearly display the appropriate practice stickers on their front number plate for as well as have their wristbands on at all times. Riders without wristbands and practice stickers will be denied access to track.

Saturday/Sunday Practice: 8:00am – Short warm-up practice each day

• Rider’s Meeting will be done over the PA system. • Riders without wristbands will be denied access to the track. • Racing will begin immediately following practice • All classes will be ran as a 3 moto format. • Race Order available at the track

● Practices for each day will be started from designated areas, cutting the track during practice sessions is prohibited. Exit the track at designated areas only.

● All riders and spectators will be required to sign a proper release and waiver before entering the park. ● Parents are responsible for their children at all times. ● Repeat violations will result in loss of membership and rites to ride at this park.

*All riders will need to be checked in prior to practice starting. *Sign Ups will start at 6:30am. We suggest arriving early to avoid the rush. *Please bring a current AMA License, AMA will be on site for renewals and number look up. WEEKEND RULES We want you to have a fun and safe Regional Championship weekend. Please abide by these simple rules:

● Responsibility. Motocross racing, like all motorsports, can be dangerous. When you enter the grounds you assume the risk of injury and/or damage. It is your responsibility to keep yourself and your children a safe distance from the racetrack. Parents, you are responsible for the safety of your children. Be aware of their location at all times.

● Never turn your back to oncoming racers. ● Prohibited. We do not permit fireworks, glass beverage containers, kegs, scaffolding or weapons. ● Quiet time is 10:00 pm nightly. No loud generators after this time. ● Midnight Curfew. All campers must be at their campsites by midnight. ● Tickets. Your wristband is your weekend ticket and must be worn at all times. If you leave the facility, you must have it

on in order to re-enter. This is your gate ticket. Do not take it off. ● Campsites. There are no electric or water hookups. Primitive camping only. ● Gates close daily from 11:00pm to 6:00 am. Please plan accordingly. ● Gate prices do not change until Midnight. If you arrive prior to midnight, you will be charged that day’s admission. ● All vehicles on the premises overnight must have a camping permit.

● STAY OFF THE TRACK. The racetrack is off limits to spectators. Only registered racers and authorized personnel are permitted on the race track. No one is permitted on the racetrack at night.

● Other event information: • TRASH. Please use our trash receptacles. If you need trash bags, you can get them from the front gate.

● GENERAL INFORMATION is located at the Main Gate.

● FIRST AID is located at the Ambulance Station. ● SECURITY is headquartered at the Main Gate. ● LOST & FOUND is located at Rider Registration.

● Pit vehicles Yes, we allow Pit Vehicles: Pit vehicles can be used for transportation to and from the starting line, registration, and vendor areas. Speed limit is 5MPH Joy riding is not allowed. There is no tolerance for those not following this rule. Penalties and/or disqualification may be enforced.

UTAH STAY SAFE DIRECTIVE AND MOTOCROSS EVENTS (COVID-19)

It is important for you to know, the 2X Promotions and Steadman’s MX crew have worked extremely hard with state and local authorities to make this event happen. By following the Utah “Stay Safe” directive, we will be able to continue racing during the COVID pandemic. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Social Distancing: - Practice Social Distancing - Maintain a 6ft distance from others not from your same household. - Please adhere to all signage posted on the property regarding social distancing. - Please remain in your pit area when not on official race business - Keep visitors at your pit area to a minimum. - Reckless behavior or blatant disregard for social distancing practices will result in penalties/disqualifications and possible removal from the event.

Symptom Screening Due to the COVID requirements in place by the State of Utah, all racers (participants/athletes) must have their temperature screened prior to participating. This will be done with a touch-less infrared thermometer. The CDC considers a reading of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit a fever. Anyone with a fever will not be able to participate. If you are not comfortable with this screening, please let us know and we will issue a full refund.

Staging & Starting Line: All riders will be limited to 1 mechanic/person in the staging and starting line area. You will receive additional information at Rider Check-In regarding the staging & starting line process.
