FOR MORE INFORMATION, VISIT HORTONSKIDS.ORG/HOMERUNSQUESTIONS? EMAIL [email protected]
The world looks different in 2020, and Home Runs for Horton’s Kids will, too! Event admission will include batting and fielding practice with National's staff, a fast pitch competition in the bullpen, and grab-and-go stadium fare snacks with open bar. You can find more event details, including health and safety regulations, on page 3.
We greatly appreciate your generosity during these challenging times. All event proceeds will go to empowering children and their families living in one of DC’s most under-resourced neighborhoods that has been adversely impacted by COVID-19.
empowers children growing up in one of DC’s most under-resourced communities so that they graduate from high school ready for success in college, career, and life. We serve 500 children in grades K-12 living in Wellington Park, a neighborhood where 80 percent of adults don’t have a high school diploma and the average annual household income is less than $10,000. Your impact is dramatic: children in Horton’s Kids are twice as likely to graduate from high school.

Event SafetyThe health and safety of all guests, volunteers, and staff are Horton’s Kids’ top priority. To that end, our event has been modified this year in compliance with regulations mandated by the Mayor’s office and Nationals Park. Due to the changing nature of public health regulations, additional safety and health policies, including event cancellation, may be required. Any event changes will be communicated in a timely manner. Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated.
Any guest not adhering to health and safety rules and regulations will be asked to comply immediately. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the event.
