EVALUATION 8: FEX ORUMWENSE

Our preliminary task was to create a

continuity sequence. We where put into

groups and in our groups we were to decide

the narrative and how we wanted to film it.

Filming took longer than It should because

it was the first time and we didn’t know

exactly what we were doing and we didn’t

know some rules like the 180-degree rule

and we didn’t know every shot or that we

had to film a scene at least twice.

Our preliminary task was successful because although

we took a long time filming we were able to figure out

what we were meant to do. We where able to use match

cut action, extreme close up shots and we didn’t break

the 180-degree rule.

We were able to story board and interpret the storyboard

correctly. This made a great impact in my title sequence

because I used storyboard in the pre production stage.

When editing I used final cut pro and it was hard for me

because I had never done media before and I really didn’t

know what to do but my teammates we happy to explain it

to me and we all took turns editing it and I also editing

and extra one my myself to practise using final cut pro so

I can get better at it.
