evaluationWho would be the audience for your media product?When creating our media product. We looked at different type of audiences, specifically crime action. The research and questionnaire showed that teenagers and younger adult . This information allowed us to create a opening crime action which appeals to teenagers and young adults .

As a group we felt that crime action is perfect for this target audience because we think that our target audience could relate to our movie product. Furthermore, we wanted our movie product to appeal to both gender , in order to challenge the stereotypical attitude that crime action genre are aimed at male audiences specifically. In addition, we hope that our opening crime action attract audiences who arent a fan of crime action but they could find certain aspect they could relate to in our movie product.

There are variety of reasons why we chose to target teenagers and young adult for our audiences. Firstly, our questionnaire should that our target audience are the most active out of the other audiences. Moreover, by targeting this audiences we are able to explore and experiment with them, in order to know what they want and like.

We also decided to choose teenagers as our main audience because we already had a rough idea what teenagers and young adults like to watch. Also we found out what types of issuers affect teenagers in modern day life. One of the issues that really stood out from the rest was stereotype behaviour. This allowed us to include this issues in our media product. By doing this we are hoping that our audience can relate to it and we can show other people the challenges facing teenagers in todays society.

Finally, we also used our research and planning to choose our audience. In all honesty, I truly think we have chosen the right target audience suitable for our movie production . Furthermore, we think our audience are within the same class. This was planned because our movie product portrays two different classes in within society. We are hoping that our audiences can really relate and feel part of the story line. Also we hope our audiences feel educated by our movie product as well.
