Eva Trio is a complete range of functional products for preparing, arranging and serving food and drink.

The products are the result of more than 35 years of working consistently with design, function and materials. Eva Trio products can be found in kitchens where there is a conscious marriage of aesthetics and functionality. Both in its home country of Denmark and internationally, Eva Trio kitchenware has become widely recognised as fulfilling every requirement for modern cooking.

Eva Trio offers an extensive product range. Identically shaped pots and pans with the same handles, but which are made from either cast iron, aluminium, copper or stainless steel. A family with the same outward appearance, but each member with its own unique functional features.

However, Eva Trio also comprises many other products for the kitchen and dining table: Tableware, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, knifes, serving utensils and ovenproof porcelain. All the items are designed for several applications, and in total there are more than 400 ways in which the various materials and product series can be combined.

In the past 35 years, Eva Trio has been awarded numerous prizes for its design and function. Awards that clearly demonstrate that Eva Trio is highquality products for the kitchen and table that complement the perfect meal.

MULTI has been designed to incorporate the latest multilayer technology. Here, the outstanding features of stainless steel such as its durability and hardwearing properties are combined with the excellent heatconducting properties of aluminium. The inner and outer sides are made of stainless steel, between which there is an aluminium core. This results in uniform heating from the base and through the sides and thereby unique frying and boiling properties.MULTI products are available with and without nonstick SLIPLET® coating.

STAINLESS STEEL is extremely hardwearing and durable. With its thick aluminium sandwich base, the series is perfect for both boiling and frying. Stainless steel pans are available with and without a nonstick SLIPLET® coating. The SLIPLET® coating ensures that food does not stick and facilitates cleaning.

CAST IRON has an incredibly high heat capacity, which means that it can maintain very high temperatures for long periods of time. This makes cast iron the best material for frying and for making casserole dishes. To ensure the best possible frying properties, the surface of the cast iron has been glazed with a vegetable oil.

ALUMINIUM is an ideal material for manufacturing the pots and pans we all use on a daily basis. It is a lightweight metal, so even large pots are easy to handle. The metal’s excellent heat conducting properties make it suitable for almost all purposes. Eva Trio’s DURA LINE series also has an effective SLIPLET® coating that

prevents food from sticking and makes cleaning easy. The

pots, pans and lids in the series can all be combined.

All pots and pans in the MULTI series consist of a threelayer construction with an aluminium core sandwiched between stainless steel on the inside and outside. This combination ensures unsurpassed frying and boiling properties on all modern heat sources, including induction. Unlike conventional saucepans, heat is distributed from the base and all the way up the sides of the cookware.

The Eva Trio castiron series is manufactured from topquality cast iron, which is subsequently glazed with oil at a high temperature to produce a nonstick surface. Eva Trio DURA LINE products are made of solid aluminium. This is an excellent choice for boiling and frying as aluminium conducts and distributes heat quickly and evenly. The entire series has a nonstick SLIPLET® coating on the inner surface ensuring that nothing sticks and facilitating cleaning. The outer surface is anodised, which makes the cookware particularly hardwearing and durable and resistant to foods containing acid.

The latest addition to the classic cookware range is the copper series which especially will appeal to true gourmets. The copper series has been developed on the basis of the latest multilayer technology and combines copper, stainless steel and aluminium in three layers. This combination gives perfect heat distribution.

The flat stainless steel lids can either be stacked on top of one another or suspended from hooks. The lids have a long handle positioned on the side, enabling you to check the food without burning yourself. During cooking you can also keep things warm on the lid. The flat lids with glass allow you to follow what is happening in the saucepan.

The dome lid is specially designed for using on pans or sauté pans with space for food which rises up above the sides. The shape of the lid ensures that the vapours gather at the top of the lid (on the inside), after which they drop back into the food, preserving juices and consistency.

Eva Trio has more to offer – with fewer items. Every single item has several applications. You can therefore use the same saucer for both coffee, tea and cappuccino cups as well as bowls. They can all be combined, irrespective of series and material.

LEGIO® PORCELAINThe dishes in the LEGIO® series are ovenproof and can be used for many purposes, matching the design and shape of the rest of the series. The pouring lip and the integrated handles are convenient for handling hot dishes. Can be taken directly from the freezer to the oven/ microwave oven. Practical stainless steel holders are available for the rectangular lasagne dishes, making it easy to carry hot dishes from the kitchen to the table.

GLASSESEva Trio glasses have been developed in close collaboration with professional wine tasters. The glass is mouthblown, thin and delicate. The range consists of a number of elegant, harmonious wineglasses, each of which is designed to allow you to enjoy different types of wine to the full.

INNOVATIVE DESIGNThe mouthblown wineglasses enhance the wine’s bouquet, bringing to the fore all nuances of the wine’s flavour. A new and unique feature of the series is that the rims are angled at 14°. Some will call this a downwards path, we call it evolution. Each glass is a work of art in its own right, elevating the enjoyment to be had from drinking wine, taking it to another level.

The Eva Trio Thermo jug is made of stainless steel, both inside and out. The patented dripfree pouring system makes it easy to pour without spilling, and the open handle is made of rubberised plastic, ensuring a secure and comfortable grip.

Eva Trio’s hardwearing nylon kitchen utensils are specially designed for pots, pans and saucepans with the nonstick SLIPLET® finish.

The skimmer has a specially designed handle with a slight curve that makes it easy to use, even around the sides.

The whisk handle is oval at one end – providing a secure grip – and round at the whisk end to allow complete freedom of movement when beating.

Many of the kitchen utensils can be hung up by the handle. Apart from looking good, it is also practical as it means the tools are always close at hand.

Considerable thought has gone into the design of these spoons. When the spoon is oval and in line with the handle, it is easier to lift things up from the side of the pot. If the spoon sits at right angles to the handle, it is easy to lift, e.g., lettuce.

The strainers fit onto both pots, bowls and plates, and the larger strainers and colanders can easily span a kitchen sink. As the handles are welded onto the tops, they do not scratch or scrape the edges of bowls and pots.

The dough scrapers are designed to be ergonomic and easy to use. The handle is made of stainless steel and the blade of soft silicone.

Eva Trio mixing bowls are available in white and in the colour combination black/white. The bowls are made of hardwearing melamine with a rubber ring integrated into the base to ensure that they always sit securely on the table. The bowls have a pouring lip, which also provides a secure grip when required. With a matching lid in black flexible silicone the bowls can be used for storing foods. The bowls come in four different sizes and are easy to stack in the cupboard. Moreover, a lid for whisking is available for the 1.5litre bowl.

Eva Trio has developed a complete range of serving utensils. The longhandled serving utensils have been specially designed for the porcelain pots so you can get right to the bottom.

The elegant coffee measure and jigger are both made of stainless steel. The jigger is designed to rest on the edge of a glass while being filled.

The Carv’it chopping board is also produced in oiled oak and has curved sides both horizontally as well as vertically for optimised functionality. The chopping board is available in three sizes. As a special feature the mediumsized board has a useful groove for collecting meat juices.

The Eva Trio Kite chopping board is produced in oiled oak. The grain of the wood slopes downwards along the cutting area of the board, and all the meat juices collect at the bottom of the slope. At the same time, the pointed end ensures that you aim straight into the bowl or pot when tipping ingredients off the board. The board also has raised edges on both sides, so the food you chop remains on the board. The design evokes the image of a beautiful kite soaring elegantly through the air, which is why we have found Eva Trio Kite a suitable name for our new chopping board.

The Eva Trio ORCA kitchen knives is a range of knives, each one designed for a specific application. Therefore you can always find the right knife for any cutting, chopping of slicing task. The blade is made from extremely strong molybdenum/vanadium steel, ensuring a sharp edge that is both durable and easy to maintain.

Eva Trio ORCA kitchen knives have been developed in collaboration with professional chefs and fully meet their exacting requirements for the safe and flexible handling of raw ingredients. The knives have been developed and manufactured using the latest technology. There is no superfluous decoration and no compromises have been made in their design or

manufacture – pure and cleancut quality throughout. The handles of the ORCA knives are designed to sit well in the hand and are raised relative to the blade to allow plenty of space for the fingers. The POM and steel finish ensure that your hand will not slip while working. The symbols at the ends of the handles facilitate identifying the knives when

A choice in which materials, function and design all contribute to the overall enjoyment of cooking and serving food. Eva Trio represents good design down to the smallest detail – even with regard to the range of products available.

Pots, pans, saucepans. Saucers, cups, mugs. The choice is extensive. But no more extensive than necessary. In the Eva Trio series, many of the products have several applications. So you can make do with fewer pieces. That is common sense. There is also nothing superfluous in the design – only the bare essentials. That also makes sense.
