Why We Do It Youth Unemployment is challenging the
sustainability of our businesses and society.
This issue cannot be solved by any of us alone.
Attempts to solve youth unemployment from a political or a philanthropic angle have so far not produced satisfactory results.

eYe-Certificate in Portugal
30 students / cohort (previously unemployed) 15 skills (e.g. self leadership, critical thinking,
creativity, project management, Java, etc.) in collaboration with e.g. Nova School, ATEC
11 physical workshops (on site at the YMCA Alambre)
5 virtual workshops English online course (provide by EF) Internship (4-5 months with employers in our
impact community) Total duration = 6 months
