PRINCIPLES FOR BUSINESS SUPPORT IN LCR

• Must be very clear ‘up front’ what commitment is expected from the business

• Businesses should make a financial contribution, but this could be proportionate to intensity of support

• Blended delivery works best i.e. mix of one-to-many, one-to-one and virtual

• Peer-to-peer element is important • Need to develop the people who develop the businesses
